Walking distance to attractive, historic Shaftesbury with good eating places, beautiful countryside and within easy distance of many coastal and rural attractions, including the adjacent Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and an International Dark Sky Reserve.

He made sure to leave the Anexe warm as we were traveling with a baby, left biscuits, milk, cereals, tea, coffee and some refreshments for us. Everything was sparkly clean and found a travel cot for my baby to sleep in. We all felt very comfortable and I can not thank you him enough.”
Newly fitted out to a high standard. Kitchenette, wet room with WC, living room/diner and bedroom with double bed, perfect for a couple or lone traveller. Please note ceilings are low on one side of building with kitchen and wet room. The Saxon hill top town is within 15 minutes walking distance with the famous Gold Hill, Abby Ruins and Park Walk with stunning views over the Blackmore Vale. Off road private parking in carport. On main routes in and out of town. Some traffic noise.

Only one note I would add is the ceilings are quite low so you might find yourself ducking if you're a giant like myself, should be fine for all normal sized people though! Would recommend the place to others.”
Two beautifully presented bedrooms on the top floor with a private bathroom in a well loved home in the heart of the lovely English village, Motcombe nr. Shaftesbury. There is also an optional extra bedroom with a double futon with a shared bathroom on request. Stunning Dorset countryside on the doorstep. There's a village shop a 2 min walk away & a 15 min walk to the local pub. Your host is a Japanese Chef & Dorset foodie who runs cooking classes too :)

The two attic level bedrooms are both delightful and with a clean well- equipped shared bathroom so perfect for two couples of guests. We loved the herbal teas in our room and the freedom of our own kettle and front door key. Breakfast was excellent and included a fresh fruit and veg smoothie. Teruko's home is easy to find and very close to some lovely countryside and good pubs, including the Coppleridge in Motcome and the Fox and Hounds in East Knoyle. Not an easy place to stay without a car or good biking/walking legs”
