**House is located on Northeast Harbor, not Mount Desert.** **Entire property, (inside and out) is NO SMOKING. Smoking on the patios is NOT ALLOWED.** **The backyard is NOT part of this listing. There is no direct access.** **Summer reservations are Sat-Sat only. June 20-Labor Day, 2026. Unless it is within 14 days of the date then shorter stays are considered.** *Dogs are welcome with pre-approval only and incur a $50/night/dog. Parties not acquiring pre-approval are subject to a $500 fine

If you are looking for a place to get away and relax, our house on Molasses Pond may be a good fit for you/your family. It is a hidden gem down a dirt road away from hustle and bustle. Peace and quiet is what you’ll find, along with a gorgeous view. It’s a great place for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, grilling, fishing, and laying on the hammock. Bas Harbor is a working harbor so there is always something to watch. Close to Bass Harbor Head Lighthouse, Acadia NP. We have 5G Wifi. Your guest house is completely private with a private entrance.
