i was looking for a unit that has fast internet and reliable bcoz my daughter has online class. and i found a good reviews about benjo’s place. And i was not disappointed. Benjo was very accomodating and responsive. He made sure that we will have a comfortable stay in his place. ❤️

My family enjoyed the trip and they are satisfied with the house. It’s super relaxing, it felt like home and it’s so much worth it. The Host is very considerate, kind and has a pleasing personality. I hope we can visit again. Highly recommended place! Thank you so much Mrs. Eva

John is very responsive with all of our questions and needs. The room has 4 beds + 1 extra matress and sofa bed. The room is clean and in good condition. It was a comfortable stay!

This was our second time staying at Joel’s condo unit in Pico de Loro, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The unit is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the kitchen was complete with all the wares we needed for cooking meals. We did notice one electrical outlet that appeared to be burned, but aside from that, everything else was in good condition. Overall, a great stay—highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back again!

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The space was clean, cozy and well decorated, making it a comfortable home away from home. The host was friendly, providing all necessary details for smooth check-in. The location was also great, with easy to local attractions and restaurants. The only downside we experienced during that time was the water pressure in both the shower and sink-it was a bit on the weak side, which made it less convenient for washing up. Despite this, everything else was fantastic, and we would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful and well located place to stay 🫶

unit was spacious for 10 pax..nice view of the beach and pool from the balcony..complete appliances and utensils for cooking and eating..nice, comfortable mattresses and pillows..unit was cool and cozy with enough ACs and fans to stave off the heat..highly recommended!👍

Ms Joanne is very responsive and clear with the instructions, her place is near the pool and beach. Quiet and clean place. You can cook, refrigerator is good! Microwave - ok! We will book this again, already recommended this place to our relatives. Thank you

The place is really beautiful and looks exactly as the picture shows. The host made sure that our requests are provided and easy to talk with. The room is tidy, peaceful and wide if you’re with a small family. My favorite part is the bed, which is so comfy and soft, and the balcony which is perfect for a quiet time. Thank you again! 🩷

first of all, our accommodation is nye. so, it's already hard to find a place that's not a hotel to book. so, thank you for letting my family stay and enjoy the nye and fire works that the club offers. here's a review from one of my family. Beautiful place! "Hotel-like condo" name really suits the place. Friendly host Ice cold AC, complete kitchen tools, free water, Smart TV, AND THERES A PS5 you can play! Great balcony view. Bathroom have some minor issues, but it works

We wish we could’ve extended our stay, but due to prior commitments, we had to head out. Super thankful to Ate who endorsed the room — she was so kind and accommodating! 💛 The price was reasonable, and we’re especially grateful for being allowed to check in early. We had a great stay overall! That dinner on the balcony? Easily the best moment — finally enjoying a meal together as a family after being so busy. 🥹✨ We’ll definitely be back — highly recommend this place! 🙌

It was a beautiful place! Our family highly enjoyed our stay. The place was near both to the beach and country club. It has complete kitchen tools. Moreover, sir Joe, the owner, is beyond helpful. We appreciate his kindness in letting us borrow his cellphone charger as we left it at home. Kuya Al, the unit caretaker, also helped us w/ our luggages. So far one of our best airbnb stays!

we had a great time at Pico and planning to visit again on December (Hope to book Ms. nicole's accom again) shout out to our contact Alex, who waited for us patiently and Kuya rey/efren who assisted us immediately when we asked for extra blankets (we had only 1 blanket on the first night and used other bed sheets instead). I rated 4 star on cleanliness bec there were used clothes in one of the drawers and we saw cooking pots that were not washed properly (probably by the previous guests). I suggest that cookwares and other utensils should be checked first if were washed and cleaned properly by the prev guest before handing the room to the next. other than that, we enjoyed our stay at Ms. Nicole's unit :) Thank you.

We waited 1hr for checkin and waited for jovelyn to process the check in and she didnt arrived or respond to our calls or texts The services is not complete there was no internet and 2 days we try to communicate with jovelyn and she didn’t respond We didnt saw jovelyn until checkout only You received the whole amount but not comply all services (internet)

I felt inlove with the place specially the beach. Sheryll’s place was very nice, clean and feels like I’m home. Surely I’ll be getting back there.

Not only for Audrey, but the rest of her co-hosts. They are all nice & very very responsive. I had doubts prior to our scheduled date bec of the smog, but all of them answered me & had patience answering my questions. Luckily the smog was cleared & we’re able to push throught our scheduled vacation. At the place, even Irish & Jessa were very nice & very efficient. The place is so good! So clean! Btw, thanks for the otap! I rrquested for another roll of tissue paper, they immediately gave it to us too. For sure, you have a recommendation from me & my children. Thank you so much!

Kelvin is responsive, so easy to understand all his instructions and you'll never get lost! He is a very good host! We enjoyed lots of things to do like swimming, playing darts, badminton, walking, viewing the lagoon, many trees, ornamental plants with flowers of variety of colors! So refreshing and relaxing! For sure. we'll be back here and will bring our friends and family with us on our next visit!

The unit is nice and clean. It smells nice when we entered the room. The caretaker is doing a good job maintaining the place. The utensils and kitchen appliances are clean. They have hot and cold water dispenser. The beddings are also clean. I just don’t like how the host responded my request to accept the reservation. It may be a standard reply but hosts should always be friendly and accommodating.

My 4th staycation in Pico. This place of Ms.Ayin is the BEST! Good for families..Balcony is so Big! Kitchen is Complete! Comfort room is big & clean with towels, tissue, hand soap. Don't stay for overnight here..make it 2 nights or more..won't regret it! really worth it.. It was our first time to be in Pico de Loro to celebrate my birthday and we were so satisfied with our accommodation in Sheila's place. Her unit is very spacious and clean. I like the partitioning of her unit as every room has its own privacy. I will definitely consider to stay here again in our next visit. Thank you Sheila !
