Beachfront vacation rentals in Moureeses Bay

We had a wonderful weekend away at Nikki’s classic kiwi bach! The location is so beautiful, and it was great to be right on the waterfront. The Bach is lovely and had everything we needed for a great stay. I only wish that we could have stayed longer! Nikki is a friendly, helpful and responsive host. Hopefully we will get to come back again one day!

Lovely property with everything you could need! Deborah was a fantastic host - incredibly friendly and kind! 5 mins walk to Hihi beach and town only a short 10-15min drive away this is a perfect spot to explore the area. Such a stunning spot. Tea’s place was everything we were hoping for and more. We just loved the vibe of the space for endless rounds of cards and snuggling up at night, listening to the roar of the sea. The perfect spot for connecting with family and faves.

The apartment is really spacious and well equipped with plenty of towels, a good kitchen and fruit, muesli and yoghurt for breakfast as well as different teas and coffee. Very clean, very tidy, very calm. Thank you so much for having us!

A modular bach with lots of separate rooms, older but has everything you need. Right across the road from the beach on a quiet street at Hihi. Easy care, extra hot in the sun, lots of comfort. Excellent communication from a great host.

For a winter break it really was perfect. Best spot ever. The best part....The people! Friendly, helpful. Kind. Every eatery was great. Op shop for fishing clothes too! Had great fishing with " Buckos" Dont miss it! Will return. Thankyou. BnM

It was a lovely relaxing spot to spend a week in a rural setting with sea views out to the Poor Knights islands. A large property, accessed off a private road so very secluded and peaceful. Handy location half way between Matapouri Bay and Tutukaka, although you do need a car to go anywhere. Kitchen was very well equipped including basic supplies. Access to an indoor swimming pool, ability to charge the EV, and use of the laundry was a bonus. The hosts were very welcoming on arrival and explained the facilities and beach access path. Special touches were a bottle of wine and locally made nut brittle on arrival, and acknowledgement of our wedding anniversary which was during our stay. Annette and Bianca were super helpful and responded promptly to any questions.

The cottage has a gorgeous view - such a treat to wake up to it every morning. Really spacious and ideal for a couple. Short drive away from some amazing beaches. Thank you, Kathy!

The room is great & very nice! It is clean & kitchen is well equipped. We also can use the laundry for washing my clothes.

This was such an incredible retreat spot! Very secluded, with one of the most breathtaking views of Te Ngaere Bay! Our favorite part was the open-air option to enjoy cooking & dining inside while being outside. Very clean, modern & incredible espresso machine to enjoy cappuccinos with the epic sunrise! We also found it nice to have your own trail down to the beach & private plunge pool. Be prepared for a climb back up for some good exercise! Worth it… especially when you can take a nice cold (or hot) outdoor shower! Great communication & care from Kas & Rhys- they are awesome hosts!

Wow, we have truly enjoyed staying at Clive’s beautiful home, located on a gorgeous beach. The location was phenomenal, steps away from the beach with amazing views of the water and sunsets. The home is equipped with all the necessities, very spacious yet cozy, the floor to ceiling windows provide the best views from the living room and kitchen. We are already looking forward to coming back, we had such a wonderful experience.

Great stay at this beachfront property! The location is unbeatable—just steps from the water, making it easy to enjoy the ocean. The home was clean, well-kept, and had mostly everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were especially great—super comfortable for a restful night’s sleep. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful with local recommendations. Overall, a great spot for a beachside getaway. Would definitely stay again!

Incredible spot overlooking the ocean and Cavalli Islands. House is really well laid out for a mixed age group with one bedroom and lounge area seperate from main living. Plenty of parking and room for the boat, fishing was excellent! Great stay for a week.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Karl’s house. The area is beautiful and peaceful. The home is well-equipped with amenities as described, including a hot tub under the stars. We are so glad we included a few days in the Northland during our trip. The natural beauty is outstanding, and we hope to return in the future.

Blown away by location and beautifully presented home, complete with all the bells and whisltes. Loved that we had access to plenty of beach toys, games and books. Did not need a thing. Felt right at home after travelling 800kms. Perfect size for a big whanau who love the beach. The sunrises and sunsets are stunning.

We stayed one night at Val’s place and absolutely loved it! The house faces a stunning beach view with easy access to the shore and the beach itself was simply amazing. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures on Airbnb, and the place was perfect for our group of 11, including two children. Val was incredibly responsive and accommodating, even allowing us an early check-in. He was always ready to help and made our stay so smooth. The house had all the facilities we needed, and we truly enjoyed every moment. Thanks again, Val!

We had a wonderful stay at Staffa Bay! A beautiful place to be able to holiday at and we thoroughly enjoyed the home and easy access to the beach. Nice view and peaceful spot! Hosts were great with their communication and very helpful in making sure our stay was a good time.
