Ideal site for lovers of hiking (Saint Jacques de Compostelle), cycling (legendary stage of the Tour de France) and the ViaRhona for cycle tourists! Culoz has all amenities within a 2-minute walk of the accommodation. The train station is down the street, a 5-minute walk away.

Gîte Le Parmand

Gite for up to 8 people, at the foot of the Clergeon, ideally located 30 minutes from the lakes of Annecy and Aix-les-bains, 45 minutes from Geneva and the first ski resorts. Great base to visit our area with family(s) and/or friends. By reservation (rates on site), we offer dinners from Sold to Sun with Karine (on duty) and Stéphane (in the kitchen). Maiween (early childhood pro) offers babysitting (available on weekends and evenings). Enjoy your stay as you see fit.

Quiet and natural, change of scenery guaranteed! Les Acacias, gite*** is 8 minutes from Rumilly, 35 minutes from Annecy and Bourget lakes and 45 minutes from Semnoz and Margeriaz ski resorts. The house is on the side of a mountain, in a green setting and close to hiking trails. The 40 m2 apartment, recently renovated with eco-friendly materials, is very nice and tastefully decorated. Access to the "Acacias" for people with disabilities is provided, please contact us.
