Ideal site for lovers of hiking (Saint Jacques de Compostelle), cycling (legendary stage of the Tour de France) and the ViaRhona for cycle tourists! Culoz has all amenities within a 2-minute walk of the accommodation. The train station is down the street, a 5-minute walk away.

Gîte Le Parmand

Gite for up to 8 people, at the foot of the Clergeon, ideally located 30 minutes from the lakes of Annecy and Aix-les-bains, 45 minutes from Geneva and the first ski resorts. Great base to visit our area with family(s) and/or friends. By reservation (rates on site), we offer dinners from Sold to Sun with Karine (on duty) and Stéphane (in the kitchen). The house is on the side of a mountain, in a green setting and close to hiking trails. The 40 m2 apartment, recently renovated with eco-friendly materials, is very nice and tastefully decorated. Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.
