The house is perfect and very comfortable and we really enjoyed it

I recommend this house. Located in a quiet area half an hour's drive from Salamanca, the house comes with everything you need to disconnect, ideal for families with children. It has a game room with foosball and endless games for the little ones, bikes for routes, it has a swimming pool, pingpong. Equipped for barbecues in good weather, we went in January and it's cold, but the heating is perfect. Delfín is a great host, he recommended a place to go to eat like Casa Conrado, and it was certainly a success. Phillip

I wished we could have stayed longer. Tucked away at the end of the village, so peaceful and perfect for our nervous dog Rosa was a great host, very friendly and gave a personal check in process

Sérgio and Lu are great hosts! Very communicative and sympathetic from the beginning of the reservation to checkout. Clear instructions on how to find the apartment and park. They answered all the questions we had with a lot of sympathy and humor. An impeccable house for us, with all the amenities we needed. Very quiet, quiet with plenty of room for 6. Very comfortable! With instructions/tips for the city of salamanca that gave us a great deal. It was a very good experience and we would repeat again. Thank you Sergio and Lu, for everything ☺️

Everything great, a very well located place if you want to get away a little from the city, easy to get into the apartment, distribution and well equipped kitchen, the only downside is that a small oven would be missing.

Everything is correct and impeccable. Natalia is a great host, always attentive to all your concerns and needs. I definitely recommend it.

A very pleasant experience. The house is very spacious, living room, kitchen etc very comfortable if you are going in large groups. Above all, also highlight the number of bathrooms that were there and newly renovated. The living room also with two rooms, and the garden is very large, with a pool, basketball court, football etc. A pity not having been able to enjoy the outside more because of the rains but the house is so large that you felt comfortable inside. The host (Juan) is very friendly and very attentive at all times. The house is very safe with codes for the entrance, and the cars parked inside.

Jose Alberto's apartment is spacious with a sunny lr/dr, comfortable couches and a good size dining table. The kitchen is generally sizable for 2 cooks and well supplied. The sink area is tight with a column right behind it. Convenient to have dishwasher and clothes washer. Appliances seem on the new side and work well. We used two of the 3 bedrooms and found the beds very comfortably firm. The room darkening shutters made for easy sleeping. The radiators in each room are not adjustable but easy enough to open a window as needed and fans are provided. The wifi can be spotty in the main bedroom. Largely quiet neighbors at night, some 3pm music blasts a couple of times that didn't last long. Great showers- spacious, water pressure, plenty of hot water for multiple bathers. Easy keyless entry via app and very responsive host. Neighborhood has everything you need to live like a local and it's a 15 min walk to the old town and university. Would recommend!
