Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και 7 άτομα. Είναι κατάλληλο για παρέες, ζευγάρια και οικογένειες καθότι διαθέτει 1 master bedroom με ημίδιπλο κρεβάτι και 1 μονό κρεβάτι, 1 master bedroom με διπλό κρεβάτι, 1 υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, 1 main bathroom, σαλοκουζίνα και τραπεζαρία.

Πρόκειται για μία οικία η οποία βρίσκεται στο Μπατσί της Άνδρου, 20 μέτρα από την κεντρική παραλία, πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένη και χωρισμένη σε τέσσερα ανεξάρτητα διαμερίσματα, με ξεχωριστή είσοδο το καθένα. Περιμετρικά του κτιρίου υπάρχει κήπος με πηγάδι, διάφορα δέντρα και φυτά που μπορεί ο επισκέπτης να περάσει ευχάριστες ώρες ξεκούρασης και χαλάρωσης. Είκοσι μέτρα από το κατάλυμα υπάρχει όλο το καλοκαίρι δημοτικό πάρκινγκ. Το διαμέρισμα είναι καινούριο, ευρύχωρο και ζεστό, εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα.
