Everything is clear. We thought it would be different from the photos, but not. Just like on the photo. The location is normal. Close to the metro. But the metro in Ty is expensive as it turned out. Nearby 7-11, 4 shop. Big with supermarket. Shopping center nearby, 20 min walk , night market 20 min walk

Good security, a quiet and peaceful Condo. Apartment is modern, clean, cozy and has a very good view. Communication, check in & check out is smooth and easy. Paul, the host, is a  warmth, helpful and caring person who ensured that his guests have a comfortable and relaxing stays in his home. A 24-hour 7-11 and Pharmacy is just next door. Walking to the MRT Station Bang Krasor takes about 1-2 minutes and along the way there are some street food stalls. Opposite the Condo, there is a small shopping mall. In the mall, there are shops, restaurants, a food court and a Big-C Store. Travelling on the Purple Line is very easy and convenient and will lead you to more Shopping Malls and shops like Robinson, Big-C Extra and a big, spacious and modern Mall, Central Plaza Westgate. If you love to be away from the tourist crowd, then this place will definitely let you experience Bangkok with the local people in a very convenient way.

We had a 9-day stay at Ray's place and it was like we were at home. Everything is clean and tidy, lots of facilities and it's comfortable. Ray is very kind and responds quickly! We're definitely coming back!

the place was as pictured but not very clean. dishwasher for only 2 people when there were 3 of us. Obligation to have a vehicle because it's a little far from everything. for the rest everything was perfect

The Host: fantastic communicator! Responsive, accommodating, and empathetic to our all of needs from the moment we booked till post check-out. The Listing: beautiful skyline views! Clean interiors, great AC, warm water, and had everything we needed for a long term stay. The building staff were extremely kind and generous. The Location: everything you need within 2 km walking distance. If you don’t want to walk, the building mgmt also provided shuttle services to BTS Thong Lo & Ekkamai.

Thanks to this house and the owner, I was able to have a comfortable stay in Bangkok. This is a great place to stay with children. The room is big and spacious. However, it was a sad that the floor coating peeled off. It needs some remodeling, but it has tuk-tuk service, friendly security, a swimming pool, and quietness. This is a very satisfactory accommodation.

We loved our stay at Benny's place. The space is impeccable. There is everything to cook, the bed is comfy and the view from the balcony is great. The pool is amazing too. Directly in the building there is a 7/11 and a vending machine that makes excellent cafes! The accommodation is a 3-minute walk from the BTS which is great for getting anywhere by public transport. Another great stay in a clean apartment with a very convenient location. Most of all, Thip was a fantastic host — super flexible and understanding. I’ll gladly stay at Thip’s place should I return to Bangkok in the future.

Very good place to stay in Bangkok! Had everything we needed: air conditioning works very well; The WiFi is pretty good too - we are 2 people working remotely and both of us were able to have Zoom meetings at the same time. The place also has a pretty good view of the city being in the 9th floor:) . The best part is that the building complex has 7eleven, restaurants, cafes, mini markets etc etc all inside the complex, so right under your door! There is also a very nice pool and a fully equipped gym! It is like a mint city in itself! Walking distance to a metro station as well! We stayed 8 nights and it was great. We’d love to be back soon!

The host replies quickly. The host was understanding on the time of my favoured check-out time. The host together with her dad welcomed me during check-in even tho I arrived Bangkok from Philippines late, 2 AM. When I entered the room, it was well-organised, clean & the AC was even already turned on. Kudos to the host! About the area: The condominium is along the highway and noticeable. Walking distance to Mcdonald's, KFC, Lotus Supermarket, 7/11. Easy access to taxi or bus.
