Ich habe die Wohnung für 2 Monate genietet und ich bin voll zufrieden gewesen. Gut für alle, die nicht Zentral leben wollen. Von Mo-Fr gibt es an der Hauptstrasse (2 Min Fussweg) einen mega Markt mit frischem Thai Food und leckeren Früchten. Man kann mit dem Bus oder Taxi in die Innenstadt kommen. Die Wohnung ist im 10 Stock. Der Balkon liegt auf der Windigen Seite. Man einen schönen Ausblick auf den Airport. Einen 7 Eleven gibt es auch vor der Tür. Der Pool war auch sehr schön. Die Klimaanlage hingegen war sehr alt und vor allen sehr laut, weshalb ich ihn in der Nacht nicht nutzen konnte, obwohl ich einen Lärmschutz getragen habe. Die Wohnung bietet auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Staubsauger. Danke für alles.

I had a great stay! The host greeted me in person, was always quick to respond to my messages, and provided helpful guides for the area. Reliable internet and free parking, It made my experience much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Krittiya must be one of the friendliest hosts that I've ever met. She was extremely responsive and always answered my questions whenever I needed some help. The place looked exactly like the photos and the listed description. We had everything we needed while staying there, from cooking tools, and eating utensils to cleaning equipment. We were also given a generous tray full of welcoming snacks and water bottles when we first arrived. It was such a thoughtful gesture from the lovely host. All in all, it was a wonderful stay. I'd always recommend Krittiya to anyone who's planning to visit Thailand.

The place is great with the balcony and the pool! Krittiya was very accommodating with a situation that unfolded so I truly recommend the place. The pool is also wonderful. I would stay here again!

Заселение в жилье было самостоятельное, ключ лежал в ящике. Окна на солнечную сторону, видно бассейн из окна. В квартире было все необходимое для проживания - мыло, шампунь, кофе и прочее. Хозяйка жилья очень любезна, приятно общаться. Сама квартира светлая и чистая, все работает

Krittya is a fantastic host. She really knows what she is doing and is extremely helpful and flexible. I can't say enough about what a great host she is. Thanks so much Krittya for a wonderful month.

The place is clean and tidy as advertised. However and because it is advertised not using real pictures the arrival is a bit underwhelming. The location was good for us since we were doing as sports competition nearby but if you are on holidays the area doesn’t have much to offer. Our stay was very comfortable and overall a great experience, sadly during our stay the rooftop swimming was out of service but the gym it’s great.

Excellent stay in Mihael's apartment. Was very comfortable and had everything I needed. The building is very good as well, really liked having the gym. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The Host: fantastic communicator! Responsive, accommodating, and empathetic to our all of needs from the moment we booked till post check-out. The Listing: beautiful skyline views! Clean interiors, great AC, warm water, and had everything we needed for a long term stay. The building staff were extremely kind and generous. The Location: everything you need within 2 km walking distance. If you don’t want to walk, the building mgmt also provided shuttle services to BTS Thong Lo & Ekkamai.

Thanks to this house and the owner, I was able to have a comfortable stay in Bangkok. This is a great place to stay with children. The room is big and spacious. However, it was a sad that the floor coating peeled off. It needs some remodeling, but it has tuk-tuk service, friendly security, a swimming pool, and quietness. This is a very satisfactory accommodation.

송크란에 맞춰 묵었던 숙소인데 가격대비 룸컨디션이 너무 좋아 매우 맘에 들었습니다. 내부는 흠잡을데 없이 깔끔했고 청결했으며 직원들도 친절했습니다. 다음에 또 방콕에 방문한다면 다시 머무르고 싶습니다.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Benny. Le logement est impeccable. Il y a de tout pour cuisiner, le lit est confortable et la vue du balcon est super. La piscine aussi est incroyable. Directement dans l'immeuble il y a un 7/11 et une machine distributrice qui fait d'excellents cafés! Le logement est à 3 minutes de marche du BTS ce qui est génial pour te rendre n'importe où en transport en commun. Nous recommandons à 100% ce logement! Merci encore Benny !

Just like in the photos. It’s quiet neighborhood which i really like it. If you love to walk this is the good location. The host is so friendly too.

We stayed here almost one month, this is such a great place, we felt right away at home! The host, who fluently speaks English, made us feel welcomed and accommodated all our needs. The apartment is comparatively enormous, there are 4/5 rooms. All the rooms are decorated with memories from the host's travels. The rooms and bathroom are really nice and clean. The bathroom has hot water. All rooms come with an AC, each one a different one. The main bedroom has a new super quiet AC. The kitchen comes with all necessary tools for cooking a healthy meal. Wifi is super fast. There is a nice table for working and even a sumptuous chair with wheels. There is a swimming pool. The location is quiet and not too far from a Big C. We'll definitely come back here again when we are in Thailand, thank you again for hosting us!!

Its worth every penny. The place is wonderful even if it's little bit far from attractions. There is a night market near the BTS station which is 20 mins walk from the place. Tops, 7-11, Big c mini all r near by within 1.5km. I fully enjoyed my stay. if I'm again visiting bangkok, I'll surely stay here if it's available. 👌🏼✨
