The place is in such a good location, everything you need is near. The co-host Sophia was super kind and also let us in earlier as we arrived very early in the morning. The overall experience was excellent and I definitely recommend staying here!

We felt very comfortable in Silvia's apartment, the tram stops almost right outside the front door, which is very pleasant to get into town. The apartment was clean and corresponded to the photos, the terrace is a highlight!

This was the BEST Airbnb experience I've ever had! The apartment was AMAZING! So beautiful and welcoming! And it was PRISTINE!(I love clean spaces!) It was super well connected with the nearest tram station a 5 minute walk away, same for the grocery store! It was so nice to have a full kitchen and washing machine! Cecilia and Niccolo were fantastic hosts, always so kind and communicative! I so appreciated their clear instructions, directions, and recommendations! Such a wonderful experience in Florence! I would love to return someday, and when I do I know where I am staying! 11 out of 10! Absolutely no complaints! Thank you Cecilia and Niccolo, splendid job!
