Holiday Home - right in the middle of Germany

Our house is located in a prime residential area and next to the forest. Everything was renovated and lovingly refurnished in 2023. Parking is available in front of the house. The house sleeps up to 10 people. With the house comes a partly covered terrace and a barbecue. Thüringen is famous for its "best bratwurst in the world" and we want you to enjoy to the max. The City center is a 10 min. walk away and restaurant "Berggarten" in the forest with a nice playground about 20 min.

My place is close to extensive forest hiking routes in Hessian Switzerland, feel-good restaurant Leib & Seele, recreational lakes, thermal baths. The accommodation is an oasis of tranquility with gardens and a barrel sauna. Lovingly and individually designed rooms. Spacious common areas and balconies with views of valleys and forest hills. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families with children, and groups (12 - 14 people).

Hi, I rent furnished rooms in my Gründerzeit villa. So if you are in Erfurt for a few days, weeks or even months, I would like to welcome you. The rooms are modernly furnished (sophisticated) and between 16m² up to 30m² in size, in addition to shared kitchens, bathrooms (tub and shower) and lounges. Although centrally located, the residential area is quiet. All rooms have Wi-Fi. A cleaning service is available.
