A small nice house with about 70 m² of living space in a quiet location, on Johannesweg, 4 km to the thermal baths and 25 minutes by car from Linz. Our house was built in 1974 and completely renovated in 2019. Therefore, it is modernly furnished and very comfortable. Here you can rest, relax or take a break on the Johannesweg on a 3-day pilgrimage and feel the magic of the Mühlviertel. Thanks to our network of riding trails of around 700 km on the Mühlviertel-Alm, we are always happy to see hiking riders!

Rodlhaus GruBÄR

Welcome to the Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cosy warmth. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony, you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. On the upper floor, you will find cozy sleeping spaces. You can relax in the barrel sauna in the garden or in the hammock with a view. Cafe Machine: Tschibo Cafissimo Various sauna infusion oils are available. Looking forward to seeing you soon :)

Suite for four, ground floor, 3 guests + extra bed This lovely suite for four situated on the ground floor has a separate entrance hall with the door leading to a generously proportioned kitchen which is equipped with a microwave oven, electric hob, electric kettle, fridge, basic cooking utensils, dining table, sofa bed for 2 guests. The entry to the bedroom with twin beds leads through the hallway. The spacious bathroom provides to our guests a comfortable bathtub with a shower.

For all admirers of South Bohemia, we offer accommodation in a newly renovated, former municipal shepherd's hut, about 200 years old. The cottage has all the comforts and space for 4 visitors. The entire cottage is at your disposal, two and a half rooms, a beautiful tiled stove, for which we will be happy to provide you with more detailed information. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, strong wifi. Small garden with terrace, Weber grill is also available

Our vacation home is located in a small village in the beautiful Waldviertel highlands, approx. 1.5 hours by car from Vienna. In the surrounding area, there are extensive meadows and forests. The lovingly designed stone house offers modern comfort and a cozy ambiance. In the region there is a lot to discover all year round. The place is great for couples, families and small groups. The two-storey accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms. One of them has a separate bathroom with shower, bathtub and WC, while the other bedroom has a shower and WC. The chalet therefore offers space for 4 people. The equipment also includes WLAN and a Smart TV.
