The apartment is located on our property and was completed in 2003 (partially renovated in 2020). It is divided into kitchen, shower room, living room and bedroom. The bungalow has a size of 40 square meters. From the centrally located kitchen, they go directly to the living room and bedroom as well as to the bathroom. In front of the bungalow, in the beautifully landscaped garden, there is a cozy gazebo with seating, which invites you to linger, extensive breakfast outdoors and barbecue evenings.

Relax into nature, take a break from wifi & melt into this cosy and romantic space by yourself or with your partner. You can watch the sunset every night while sitting curled up on the sofa out on the balcony overlooking the lake. You have full access to the art studio. There is a desk, paint brushes and pencils as well as an easel and lots of art books. You are right on the water with access to a SUP & a pier. Jump into the lake and leave your holiday feeling relaxed, nourished and loved.

We rent out our nice, detached cottage of about 35 m² on our property, with garden, barbecue and cozy seating area. For the colder days, it is equipped with central heating. It is a 2-minute walk from the lake, 3 minutes from the beach, surf club. The train station is 500 m away, bakeries, shopping facilities and Restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop. For the door, Berlin is close, other lakes in the vicinity. For dog lovers, the property is not completely fenced.

Seehaus Rödd

In an exclusive location directly on the Röddelinsee with your own lake access, you can spend a relaxing holiday here. Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. A large terrace with a view of the lake invites you to linger. Leisurely walks, hikes, bike tours and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation.

In this cozy accommodation for 2 - 4 people you will certainly feel very comfortable. The 55 sqm will be furnished with many individual details. We are still in the process of renovation, photos of the interior will follow. It is possible to have a completely secluded holiday or to seek encounters with the guests of the 3 glamping tents. I offer weekly hikes, herbal workshops and campfire cooking. If you want, you can garden with me barefoot... (it's an experience) ;-D

Our vacation home is located on an approximately 6,100 m² large, fantastic lake property with its own tennis court and its own jetty. On the property, there is another vacation home with 3 apartments. The shore with a small beach is about 50 m long. On the former orchard, where rabbit and deer sometimes meet, we would like to welcome our peace-seeking and nature-seeking guests. In our Seepferdchen vacation home in the Baltic Sea resort of Rerik, there are 2 bedrooms available, a TV, a kitchen with electrical appliances and underfloor heating. In 7 minutes you can walk to the Baltic Sea and refresh yourself in the cool water. Wi-Fi is available & free of charge, but reception is only available in the living room and kitchen.
