The accommodation is functional, fully equipped, ideal for a green weekend or a nice place that changes from the hotel to work hiking, tennis, ping pong, swimming ( attention unheated pools and therefore closed from September to April)

Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Enjoy this charming cottage, located on a one-hectare property with a swimming pool, tennis court (damaged...) and pétanque court, near the wine regions of Sancerre and Pouilly, in the village of Bulcy. This small house has been fully renovated and is located next to our house, built on the remains of a castle with three remaining towers dating from the 11th and 15th centuries. The property is accessed through an electric gate, and parking is available near the cottage.

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

For a family vacation, to relax and recharge, we offer our gîte, enclosed garden, ideally located between the Nièvre, Cher and Yonne. FREE High-speed WIFI (Remote work). You will find every comfort... Close to Sancerre (favorite village of the French), many visits to do... On the ground floor: kitchen, office, shower room, toilet, 1 bedroom (1 bed of 140 cm), Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 140 cm and 2 beds of 90 cm) Terrace with garden furniture.

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Fully restored we decorated it by heathering and working with local materials. The ground floor has a living room with a kitchenette and a shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the calm and the greenery !

This peaceful accommodation 2 hours from Paris, located in the heart of a natural jewel of Burgundy, the Bertranges Forest, will offer you a relaxing stay in the countryside with family or friends during which you will have a good chance of being able to observe forest animals. In addition to its exceptional environment, you will find nearby the towns of La Charité-sur-Loire, Pouilly-sur-Loire, Nevers, various wine hillsides or the Loire.

Beautiful 180 m² country house, recently renovated while respecting the charm of the old, bright and open to nature, within a 4-hectare (9.8-acre) historical estate. Its 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and spacious living room comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults. You also have access to the Domaine's wellness area: heated pool in season, 37°C Scandinavian bath, and sauna. These amenities are shared with the guests in the other three houses.
