Each bedroom has a queen size bed on the upper floor, and the family room on the first floor has a Murphy bed and a sleeper Sofa. Completely renovated June 2023. Perfect for 2 or more families. 2 master bedrooms downstairs, each with a king bed and full bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a queen and one with bunks. The upstairs rooms share a full sized bath. Launch your boat or access the lake at the end of Landing Road (350 yards), or at Eagle Bay Boat Ramp (1 mile drive). Enjoy the spacious covered front porch and cook on the flat top grill. Kayaks can be made available to responsible guests at no cost.

There’s an identical cottage next door so the two make the perfect place to stay for group trips. There’s covered parking and a backyard with a patio. The cottages are just a few blocks north of the parks with hiking, biking and mineral springs and west of downtown and the casino. The Chickasaw Recreation area and Veterans Lake are nearby.
