Sehr schönes, neu eingerichtetes Apartment nur 4 km entfernt vom Schloss LUDWIGSBURG und dem schönen italienischen Marktplatz, mit dem barocken Weihnachtsmarkt, gemütlichen Cafés und Restaurants und vielen Shops. Das 1,5 Zimmer Apartment ist sehr ruhig und nah an Weinbergen und der Natur gelegen. Sehr schön für Spaziergänge oder zum Joggen. Dennoch ist Ludwigsburg in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und auch Stuttgart ist in 30 min zu erreichen.

Es stehen in meiner Unterkunft zwei Zimmer mit Bad und Toilette zur Verfügung. Das ganze ist im Almstil eingerichtet . Es können bis zu 5 Personen bei mir übernachten . Die Räume sind im oberen Stockwerk und werden alleine genutzt . Ich wohne im unteren Stockwerk . Die Unterkunft liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Autobahn . die Unterkunft hat keine Küche und ist ohne Frühstück . Wasserkocher , Kaffeemaschine , Mikro, Kühlschrank und Geschirr stehen zur Verfügung. Ich freue mich auf Dich/Euch

Kleines Zimmer im Atelier - 8m² groß, gemütlich und sauber (ich lege auf Sauberkeit und Desinfektion großen Wert) Fenster, kleinem Arbeitstisch und Studioliege (80x200cm), entspannte Atmosphäre, ich selbst wohne auch in der Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 125m² groß: Atelier mit TV, Küche , Bad, Toilette werden gemeinsam genutzt. Ich spreche Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch. S-Bahn (Métro) Bahn, Bus nur 5 Minuten, Zentrum Stuttgart ist es 1 Station mit der S-Bahn.
