Cozy 3-bed studio apartment (about 35 sqm) in a holiday home with 4 holiday apartments. 2-minute walk to the swimming lake and 10-minute drive from the city of Neustrelitz. The apartment is open-plan, offers two comfortable hotel beds in the sleeping area, as well as a sofa bed in front of the fireplace in the living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a small dining table + 4 chairs and a modern shower room. The house has a small cozy garden, with barbecue area, seating area and children's play corner.

Nichts ist überladen oder verbastelt - hier kannst du durchatmen, die Natur genießen, im See baden (5 min zu Fuss), direkt vor dem Häuschen einen Hike beginnen oder mit dem Rad vom Grundstück aus starten und um den See radeln ... am Abend schlummerst du vorm Gußeisernen Kamin friedlich in eine Wolldecke gekuschelt ein ...

Enjoy the tranquility and security of these ancient walls. Surrounded by ancient trees in the Mecklenburg Lake District. Your apartment is on the 2nd floor and was carefully renovated. We rebuilt the old clay frameworks, uncovered the ancient floorboards and only the finest clay paint was used on the walls. The hideaway is rounded off by a small cast iron fireplace for the evenings and a private sauna on the edge of the field... We love children 🧡🌟 4 cats and 1 dog live on the farm ;-)

A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

From the separate 1200 sqm property in a village location, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the starry sky as well as the choice of possible excursion destinations in a landscape and bird paradise or the nearby lake.

Our individual cabins with 28 sqm are within walking distance of Lake Tollensee and offer a magnificent view over the Nonnenhof nature reserve.
