I had an amazing 2 week stay at Thien's place. The location for me was perfect - a 10 - 15 minute walk to the beach and nightlife, but away from the tourist crowds. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and smaller grocery stores nearby. Gyms within 5- 10 minutes by grab. The studio apartment is located in the trendy My An area of Da Nang, but also close enough to the main down town area. The studio is large enough, with all the conveniences needed for a short or long stay - great for tourists or digital nomads. The internet works fast, comfortable furniture, full kitchen, and a great bathroom. Would highly recommend.

I stayed here while working remotely and it was perfect! The internet was super fast—no issues at all with video calls. The lighting in the apartment at night is really nice too, which made working late hours easy. It’s super quiet inside, you don’t hear any outside noise, and the view from the balcony is luckily not facing the street, which I appreciated. The location is also amazing, just a short walk to the ocean! And right downstairs there’s a 24/7 grocery store that literally has everything you need. The host and his wife were great, really helpful and quick to respond anytime I had a question. Honestly, the place looked even better in person than in the photos. Totally recommend it!

I went to Da Nang for the first time and it was a really satisfying accommodation. You can also walk to the beach, and all nearby Korean marts and Korean restaurants are all within walking distance!! I had a good stay without any inconvenience!! I'll visit again even if it's different!

The place is great! The photos actually do it a disservice and make it appear smaller than it is. I think the city was a mismatch, and maybe Da Nang just isn't for us. Hanoi and Hoi An, heck, even Saigon feel better (more street food, feels like there's more to do and lots more to explore). Still, the place itself is nice, clean, and comfortable, so if you enjoy the beach, then this place will do the trick!

We loved this place for its many benefits, it was in a less busy location but still close to everything and in a walkable distance from the beach. The house had everything we needed, spare towels, hairdryer in each room, cleaning liquids. Coming here with a baby, we appreciated the small pool. The host was super responsive and answered around the clock. A perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying your holiday.

Great apartment with amazing location, right next to the beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped, nice lighting and bathtub. Netflix available. Mia provided motorbike rental which was delivered to the apartment to us, so convenient! Just a note that you have to pay extra to use the pool since the apartment is not part of the hotel, that’s no problem but it’d be helpful to know prior to bookings. Overall highly recommend!

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. The apartment is conveniently located, close to the sea and restaurants. A bit noisy bars and karaoke around, but after 23 everything is quiet.

The accommodation was so nice overall! I faced the wheels, but it was one person.. haha Han Market, Cong Cafe, and Han River were so close that I walked around. Even though I was carrying a 21-month-old baby, it wasn't difficult at all! However, the stains in the bathtub, mold on the line, and the shower curtain were a little dirty. The rug didn't look fluffy either. But overall, the house was well-maintained, and the response was quick and there was no inconvenience! I had a good rest.🥹

Very good. The apartment is very new and clean, with a direct view to My Khe beach. Fully furnished, equipped. Although my family came to check in late, John was still very enthusiastic and friendly. He even showed me some great breakfast places. If I come back to Da Nang, this will definitely be my first choice.
