Great spot, very clean and accessible. We got to see the Northern Lights during our night here.

So glad we were able to book this place when we did. Location was superb and just what we needed during our trip — right by the Víkurfjara Black Beach. The place is as it looked in the photos. As it was by the beach, we needed a broom/vaccuum to clean the floor due to the sand that got in because of our luggages. But Samuel was very responsive to our request and got that easily sorted out. Amenities provided were very mich sufficient for our stay. Thanks, Samuel, for providing us with a home during our 4 day-stay in Vík!

We had a wonderful stay. The studio apartment is large, clean, private and comfortable, and located in a very peaceful but convenient area. Octavian was a very friendly host and we were welcomed with some fresh fruit and treats which was very kind. The apartment was well equipped for cooking. It is walking distance to Skogafoss and Kvernufoss which is very convenient. We would highly recommend a stay!

We stayed one night in the accommodation and completely satisfied. The place is secluded and quiet, at night we were lucky and could see the aurora lights.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Iceland! The space was cozy and well-equipped, making it a perfect retreat. The breathtaking view was definitely the highlight, and waking up to such natural beauty was unforgettable. It would be a perfect place with little to no light pollution to see Aurora lights. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to enjoy Iceland's stunning landscapes!

Value for money, good, passing by and resting the whole day

Fantastic accommodations in these brand new studio apartments. We had friends staying at the standalone units nearby and thought our studio was better. Good quality furniture, bedding, and super thoughtful details. Even though we shared a wall on both sides we did not hear a peep all night. Would have enjoyed more nights but we are on to the next destination.. beautiful view of the falls and had a great setup for sun down. Thank you so much, Horizons!

Wonderful spot. Gets you to the waterfall before the crowds. I would recommend two nights there. There is lots to see in the area.
