Absolutely loved staying a month here! Beautiful facilities, easy to walk to most places! Excellent pools! Loved the sunset every night! The cafe and little store on the grounds were very nice! The shower had great pressure! All kitchen items needed for a long stay! Definitely would stay again!! The laundry and water on the 5th floor was very convenient!!

Everything was as expected, described, and pictured on Airbnb. Yun is a very kind and warm-hearted host! He always responded and was very helpful, giving clear instructions. The property is in the heart of Pattaya's nightlife and has a good location to walk to a shopping center (Central Festival), Pattaya's public beach, or local night markets. The place was clean. Very enjoyable to stay with everything you need to make you feel at home, staying far away from your home.

Perfect, Perfect Perfect Perfect hostess - Preetinun answered all my concerns in a timely manner always with good results. Perfect unit - well equipped with all the cooking utensils, linen and bedding needed. While in a very busy and noisy section of town, the inside facing unit location eliminated all the surrounding noise. Overlooking the pool made for a very serene setting. Perfect location - close to lots of restaurants, bars, transportation and a short walk to the beach. I am happy I will be going back there again next year to enjoy this condo once again. Appartement très propre, et très fonctionele, vous vous sentirez comme chez vous. Accès à la piscine, sauna, salle de sport… tout est parfais et vous avez une vu magnifique sur la ville. Les photos correspondes tout à fais. Je recommande à 100%

Our stay at Thanyarat's place was great. The apartment is very well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around using Grab. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and simple. Communication with Thanyarat was excellent, always very responsive, kind, and helpful. I’m especially grateful for all the support provided, not only during our stay but even after we had already left the apartment and needed some extra help, which was truly appreciated.😊 I can totally recommend staying here.
