The property is located a little off the beaten track at the end of the village. In the immediate vicinity there are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.

Equipped with a walk-in shower, box-spring bed 180 × 200 m, flat-screen TV, large sofa bed for two children or 1 adult, not suitable for 4 adults, electric blackout blind, as well as fast free Wi-Fi. A fully equipped small kitchen with all the utensils you need, including a dining area for 4 people. The stylish furniture and color scheme invite you to relax and unwind.

Our little slice of heaven at Bärenrangen Experience pure relaxation. Our small but fine wooden hut right on the edge of the forest with garden and veranda invites you to do so. Installers are also welcome at any time. In total, the property can accommodate up to 8 people. You rent the entire property just for yourself for an undisturbed get-together. A gas heater and a fireplace in the living area provide warm hours. Big parties are not allowed out of consideration.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. In the immediate vicinity are cross-country trails and the biathlon stadium with ski roller train and ski lift, sledding slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away.
