Our authentic and at the same time modern vacation home ensures that you immediately get into the holiday atmosphere and yet also have all the comforts that are needed. For example, we have a Jacuzzi, large walk-in shower, AC, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and so on. The bedroom has a king-size bed, and the sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed. Outside, you can enjoy two terraces, a barbecue, a heated dining table, a lounge set, sunbeds, a hammock and a badminton court.

With its private wine terrace and peaceful setting among the vines, it’s the perfect place to savor the estate’s own wines. :) From the lookout, you have stunning panoramic views of Lake Balaton. Mornings begin with birdsong, and you might even spot deer and rabbits wandering nearby. A big terrace, vineyard, and cozy fireplace complete the experience. The house is located in the beautiful embrace of Mecsek, in the Donátus part of Pécs. A perfect, peaceful retreat for the two of you, real relaxation awaits in the spacious spaces of the house and the sumptuous panorama. The city center is close, yet far enough with all its possibilities that you can retire to a quiet place. The surrounding forest and settlements have many possibilities, depending on how you would like to spend your time. Hiking, wine tasting or a sightseeing? It's up to you!

It is located in the absolute center of Pécs, a 4-minute walk from Széchenyi Square. You can get what you need within a short walk. Built in the 1800s, completely renovated in 2020, in a unique style, with a ceiling height of 76 m2, large bourgeois apartment of 4m. There are several guarded parking lots around the accommodation. The apartment has a bedroom, a kitchen-living room, a large bathroom, and a separate toilet. The apartment has wifi, cable TV, and air conditioning.

Our modern, youthful accommodation is a comfy place in the city center of Pécs, only 100 meters far from Király street. It's a delightful place, right next to the city centre, in a nice quiet area. The apartment has a fun youthful atmosphere, decorated and painted by my mother.
