Absolutely NOT suitable for parties with music alarms , as the surrounding neighbors in the neighborhood must be taken into account. We want to keep the good neighborhood. The house is full of opportunities for relaxation and well-being for the small family with children or for the couple who want some time away from the city's busy life.
