It's really close to the subway, and the sea and pub convenience stores are all nearby, so the accessibility is the best! I liked that the room was spacious and very tidy. Even though I turned the heating on and off for a while, I was able to sleep well because it was hot all day! I like it all, so it's a place I'd like to revisit!🤍

The price offsets all complaints. If you are sensitive to cleanliness, make a different choice, and if you are looking for value, I recommend it.

The place is easy to find. The host gave very clear directions. View at the balcony is awesome. Place is clean . The only thing lacking is the kitchen amenities. There is no hot water kettle and utensils. Bathroom towels are also limited. But other than that, the apartment is great.

The room is near the beach and the level is high, meaning you can have a great view of the ocean. The location is great and there’s a lot of restaurants and stores downstairs. I love this place very much!

overall a good stay. it does say in the listing description that a small cute dog might visit at times. I was aware because I read the description before I booked. it was nice that the daughter asked me if it was okay to have dog stay. I love animals so it was very nice. you get your own room in a traditional apt style living area shared with an older lady who owns the apt. she is sweet. have good communication and you will be comfortable. At times I did feel a little awkward, but I think it is because of language barrier. I will say, the price can be pretty expensive, if being close to the beach doesn't matter to you too much and if you don't have a discount. if you get a monthly discount it is a reasonable stay. I personally didn't care to be close to the beach. I picked it because there was a good discount, so the price was reasonable. if you want to be close to the beach then this place is really close to the beach. thanks for a good stay.

My mother asked me to find a place to stay two days ago while going on a trip to Busan with my friends, so she liked it so much even though I booked it in a hurry ~ Towels and toiletries were provided, so they said they didn't even use the items you brought. I was very, very satisfied that there were many restaurants nearby and the location was good ~

It was nice to see smooth communication and the same view as the photos. I think the outdoor bath on the rooftop will be a precious memory. The beam projector and LP you provided were also thoughtful, so I was able to have a good time. The bed was also comfortable to sleep in, and if you just keep it in good condition, I will always revisit.

I always travel with my dog, and it is the best guesthouse among them. If you want to stay with a puppy, it's really hard to find a beautiful place to stay. The house was a very tidy and tidy accommodation with all the spaces pretty and unobtrusive, and the daily necessities were meticulously prepared, so you can feel the host's attention to detail. It's a building where the host lives, so the house and garden are definitely well maintained. Even on a rainy day, sitting indoors and looking at the mountains and garden was healing, and it was nice to have a separate covered parking space. The location is on the Gijang side, so it's a little far from the old city center, but if I go to Busan, I definitely want to stay at this house again.

My entire entourage was ecstatic when we checked in to the place. Host provided lots of ammenities and we felt extremely at home!!! Very beautifully decorated. The only downside (if any), would be the long flight of stairs up where it's difficult to bring up the luggage. But once you enter the main entrance, you'll be totally enchanted!!

< This accommodation is only for foreigner > > It is a two-story house in an ordinary house in Seomyeon. Due to the nature of Busan, it is a house on a hill, and there is one large room. 1 small room. There is a bathroom and a living room. It was the same as the picture, and there were utensils/cups/shower supplies/towels, etc., so it was easy to travel and stay. The owners were kind and met me when I checked in. Since there is no boiler and we use the heater, it will be a little dry in the winter. There is no separate parking lot, and if you take your car, you have to park on the side of the street near the house, but there were a lot of parking spots. However, as it is a narrow hill alleyway, it seems a little difficult for outsiders or foreigners to park. Oh, if parking is difficult, the host will help you park, so you don't have to worry too much. It's a place I booked because I wanted to show my foreign friends about Busan, not a tourist destination, and everyone loved it. I was talking until late, but I think I received a lot of consideration from the hosts. Thanks, good stay.
