Our tiny home is set aside in an older, quiet neighborhood of Nampa, ID and has a rustic and cabin-esque feel. This is a cute home and comfortable stay for either a couple of days or a couple months! The tiny home comes equipped with a private fenced in area and a small hot tub. We are located 2 blocks from the NNU campus, 5 minutes from downtown Nampa, and 10 minutes to I84 - everything you need within an arm's reach! This listing is the entire 2nd floor of a 1903 Queen Anne style house. Two queen bedrooms and 1 bath with a large, tiled shower with glass door. Comfy living room and a small well-equipped kitchen. Bright, cheery, and memorable. The decor is homey yet contemporary, fun and comfortable, with original art and other visual treats throughout. Only a few blocks from Downtown Nampa's restaurants, coffee shops, bars, beautiful library, a seasonal farmers' market, and historical train depot/museum.

Private outdoor sitting area & shared covered patio with sink/disposal (summer), grill & nice yard. Well lit free street parking. Host and his dog “Elvie” live on site.

Whether you are traveling for pleasure or business, this studio suite offers you everything you need to work or simply relax and explore the local area. We live in the main house, completely separated from the studio suite. We respect your personal space to enjoy your stay but will always be available via text/phone to answer your questions.
