Charmes du Velupont wellness house

Please note, Wellness is not included in the price. The “Charmes du Velupont” cottage is located in the picturesque village of Avennes in the heart of the Hesbaye region. This area is known for its rich vegetation and for its cultural and historical heritage. The cottage is overlooking the Mehaigne river, which is part of a protected nature reserve. “Charmes du Velupont” is a real heaven of peace with a stunning view on this silent valley.

Studio Albizia

Studio located on the 2nd floor in a charming bourgeois house built in the early 20th century. We have preserved the authentic spirit of the house and have carefully furnished it to offer you maximum comfort. A garden surrounds the house, a heated swimming pool with a retractable roof including sauna and jacuzzi complete the offer. Note that the pool is available to residents of the entire house as well as the sauna and Jacuzzi.

Presbytery Loft – Jacuzzi – Quiet and Nature

The loft of the presbytery is a cozy accommodation equipped with a private wellness area! Hot tub, sauna and cold shower:) It is intended for a MAXIMUM of 2 ADULTS and 2 CHILDREN Outside you will find a permaculture garden, fruit trees, 2 chickens (fresh eggs), bees (garden honey) and maybe Huguette (my cat). Located at the crossroads of the cities of Dinant, Rochefort, Han-sur-Lesse, there is no shortage of activities!

Ready to go green? A lost cabin in the middle of nowhere? A level of finish rarely encountered in a rental? It's this way! Built in 2022, our 8-person cottage will surprise you. The choice of materials, insulation, layout, and its exceptional location are simply unique in the Ardennes. Thanks to our park, you can admire our deer from the cottage. New in 2025: an air conditioning system has been installed.
