Feel the charm of the modernity of the private house reborn through a whole remodeling and the life of the pure nature coexisting.  The fun single-story house with a Z structure has a cool space through the windows of the living room facing each other, and there is a lounge area such as a deck and parasol table for a comfortable rest outdoors. It consists of a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom, and 3 bedrooms, so it can be used by only one team. The largest bedroom has a queen bed and a bathroom inside the room, and the small bedroom has two single beds. The remaining bedroom is connected to the living room, but it is separated by a curtain, so you can feel another coziness. Since the start of the accommodation operation, we have regularly received the installation of an antibacterial system and insect repellent management throughout the indoor and outdoor areas through a CESCO contract, and it is also an advantage to use the accommodation safely by strengthening the security of the three Cs. The property is equipped with a food waste disposer, washing machine, and dryer, so you can use it conveniently like your home during your trip.

You can take a stroll along the coastline on the Olle Trail No. 5 by foot. Nearby, there are convenience facilities such as supermarkets, convenience stores, and banks within a 3-minute walk, making it convenient for families and couples. You can enjoy the stunning ocean view and the sound of the waves from every room.

It's a great place to watch the sunset and the fatigue. It's a quiet and generous place in front of the sea (it's the best place to fish in a minute walk)

It is a quiet and beautiful healing itself in a villa attached to the beach. We welcome many people and family teams to share a private villa. Fishing lovers, children, fishing experience (2 minutes away, Miseon boat fishing experience is great) Barbecue (We use Gangwon-do charcoal on the grill and charge 30,000 KRW for on-site payment (we provide a table on the outdoor deck). In 2024 (from November 18 to February 27, 2025), we finished remodeling the interior.
