Small house in Poe

Our house is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate up to 5 people ( including children over 6 years old). There are 3 sleeping areas: 1 bedroom with a 180 bed, a 140 bed on the mezzanine and two single mattresses on another mezzanine. It has 2 Wc, a heated outdoor shower and another indoor and a full kitchen. The little extras are the BBQ, the Fire Corner, 2 kayaks , a good internet speed (+ netflix),the large covered terrace and the access to the lagoon on foot.

Charming villa located in rural areas, 5-7 minutes from the beaches of La Roche Percée and Poé and Domaine de Déva (hikes) and 15 minutes from the village. High on a hill, it benefits from the sea wind and offers a beautiful unobstructed view of the mountain and the sky. Quiet and serene place (no parties please). House not suitable for children or pets. Note: The rate for 2 people includes only one bedroom. Possibility of renting the 2nd bedroom with a supplement.
