Our guest suite is a separate wing of the main house. It is separated by a locked door. You have your own separate private entrance. Perfect honeymoon suite. You must come into the backyard of the main house to access your suite. We do not allow pets in our guest suite. Our Airbnb is not suitable for infants or children. There is an additional guest fee of $150 per guest per night after the initial two guests. And please let us know if you are bringing a car so we can arrange parking.

It is charming well appointed studio apartment conveniently located between down town and Surfside beach. It is walk-able to major Nantucket attractions -bars, restaurants, beaches, supermarket. In addition there is a bicycle rentals shop next door at your convenience. In the hallway is a laundry area with full size washer/dryer. 2nd floor private entrance is located over our two bay garage which is attached to our home. Super location just .2m to beach road!

Located in the historic district of downtown Nantucket, our simple yet cozy apartment is the perfect spot to explore the island. Walk to the best boutiques, restaurants, and beaches. You also have one parking spot if you wish to bring your car. The living room has a pull out couch with a full bed. And the master bedroom has a queen sized bed. Perfect for 2 couples or family. Please note: this is a residential area and there is another apartment located above and next to you.

Full kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, bathroom with shower, hardwood floors, flat screen TV, wifi, washer/dryer and you can walk everywhere! Come experience Nantucket Town. We'd love to have you! We urge our guests, purchase outside travel insurance that covers trip cancellations due to dangerous travel conditions from bad weather. John Hancock and IMG offer such policies.

The condo is on the second floor.
