Vacation rentals with breakfast in Nantucket Island

We loved our stay at Seven Sea Street Inn and we would recommend it to friends and family visiting the area. Even with its great location right in Town and though it is historic, the inn was quiet aside from the breakfast hours which brought everyone together for fun, lively conversation. Breakfast was delicious—a great assortment and allergy friendly. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the innkeeper and team were friendly, kind, and informative. Thank you!

My stay at this charming bed and breakfast on Nantucket was fantastic. The inn itself was beautiful, with a perfect location close to everything. Forrest and Giuseppe, the owners, were wonderful hosts who made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality truly enhanced our experience. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! It’s very serene and it’s just gorgeous. Very relaxing by the pool and the walking trail to the beach was very pretty. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay The place was pristine and the rooms as pictured. We had several options for breakfast coffee, tea, coffee cake , yogurt, fruit juice, water , fresh fruit and pumpkin balsa over the two days The place is private and has wonderful views. It was peaceful. I would recommend bringing your car. Although taxis, Uber and lift are readily available.

Great host. Cool boat. Hidden fees with the water taxi service costing roughly $40 every trip to/from the boat. No hot showers on boat so that was a trip to shore each time.

Geoffery was so great to work with! In fact, when it looked like weather was going to force us to stay on the island an extra night, Geoffery worked with us to help find a solution and a place to stay that extra night. His timely communication was essential and so appreciated! The house is the perfect representation of old Nantucket and was so charming. There was plenty of space and we loved the secluded deck/courtyard space. We hope to come back soon.

Heather is the best! She checked us in and provided breakfast and was such a lovely woman! The hotel was clean and in the perfect location. Four minutes from the ferry and near everything! The rooms are small, robes and slippers and provided, with fresh water and glasses but no refrigerator. I absolutely loved it! The tv and shower took a second to figure out, but it was user error and hilarious!

23 Prospect St is a comfortable house with a big private yard. Our family of five adults enjoyed our stay there. A good kitchen and nice sitting areas. Easy walk to downtown and not far from bike paths. It was blustery and cold (November) when there, and we were cozy and warm.

We felt totally at home in Geoffrey's place. So glad we rented a home this trip rather than stay at an inn, which we have done in the past.
