A double bed in the room and a sofa bed in the living room. 7 min from Hilacril Plaza, 15 min from Ventura Mall and Scala Shopping, 20 min from the airport and 30 min from Quito. Taxi and bus service within 2 min. Walking 7 minutes we reach a park, bakeries, shops, and to a great biking/trekking area (Chiche Canyon). Washing and drying area for clothing. Small pets allowed. Spanish, English Spoken. Parking 1 vehicle.
