Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Apartment in the countryside

It is at the pavement of the Chateau de Mimont on the side of Mont that we offer an original apartment (independent entrance) with its exceptional view, all in a wooded park with rare species and a forest of several hectares. The accommodation is functional, fully equipped, ideal for a green weekend or a nice place that changes from the hotel to work hiking, tennis, table tennis, swimming (note: pools are not heated and therefore closed from September to April)

Cozy cottage with pool and tennis court

Enjoy this charming cottage, located in a one-hectare property with swimming pool, tennis court and petanque court, near the wine regions of Sancerre and Pouilly, in the village of Bulcy. This small house has been completely renovated and is located next to our house, built on the remains of a castle of which three towers dating from the 11th and 15th centuries remain. The property is accessed through an electric gate, and parking is possible near the cottage.

You will be staying in a mythical place in Pouilly-sur-Loire: the former hotel-restaurant L'Espérance. The wedding room, with views of the vineyards and the Loire, has been transformed into two comfortable single-level accommodations. Enjoy a 20m2 covered terrace and a private courtyard for your vehicle. You will be only 200 meters from the city center and all amenities. For halloween we made a small decoration in the entrance airlock of the accommodation.

On the island: an enchanting place to "pause"

This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. We recently renovated it, preserving its authenticity and character, it will be ideal for a few days with family or friends, close to Pouilly and Sancerre, close to the Château de Guédelon. 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a friendly living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces. Rustic forge with spa & nature – Morvan

20 minutes from the Great Lakes, stay in an old forge with rustic charm, surrounded by nature and animals. Large master bedroom (35 m²) with private bathroom and toilet. Relaxation area with sauna, jacuzzi and rowing machine. Optional, bedroom in an old hay attic (2 pers.) with shower and toilet. (No kitchenette) but electric hobs and gas BBQ available with pots, pans, plates … Hikes from the house, games (balls, ping pong, badminton) and bike rental.

For guests looking for peace and quiet in the countryside, the cottage has a terrace and an unfenced garden. Accommodating up to 4 people, the Maisonette, (accessible for people with reduced mobility) is furnished for a comfortable stay. Close to the Loire à Vélo, the Chemin de St-Jacques-de Compostelle and the many castles of Berry, our cottage is located near a beautiful wine region (Côtes de la Charité, Sancerre, Pouilly sur Loire, Quincy, etc.)

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Fully restored we decorated it by heathering and working with local materials. The ground floor has a living room with a kitchenette and a shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the calm and the greenery !
