Farm-like villa near the sea!

Fantastically charming house dating from the 19th century. Three separate lofts, wood stove, secluded ceiling beams, large window sections and hefty ceiling height intertwined with rural style in kitchen and the older part of the house. Lovely deck surrounded by flowers and bushes in the summer. It is within walking distance to the sea and swimming, nature, park and cafes. At the same time it is only 20 minutes by car to central Gothenburg and about half an hour by bus. The house is also fine to share and live two families together. Welcome!

The property is located in a quiet street close to the lake. Here you live a quiet and scenic life with Gothenburg in close quarters. To Gothenburg you can go by car or bus in 20 min. Hpl Liseberg. From Liseberg you reach Rondo, Scandinavium and Ullevi within 5-10 minute walking distance. Running tracks, hiking trails, and swimming can be found 200 m from the house. Welcome to well-kept, lovely villa central in Hovås, 500 meters to New Hovås with restaurants and bus communications to Gothenburg! There is also a bus stop 50 meters from the property where the bus goes to Gothenburg with a change. You can get to the sea by car in five minutes or a quarter of an hour's walk! Gothenburg Golf Course is a stone's throw away! In other words, you're close to EVERYTHING! If you want to stay home, there is a cozy plot with a patio, barbecue and hot tub!
