Jo is a great host. He replies to my messages promptly and is very efficient. The detailed direction to the place is described in the Airbnb posting but we had trouble finding the place at first only because I lost my internet connection while we’re trying to find the place. Make sure to write the direction in a piece of paper or snap a picture to save it in your photo gallery. The place is so nice & very clean, it has all the amenities that you’ll need. The kitchen. has all the pots and pans, plates, utensils, wine glasses, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Every room is clean & the beds are comfortable. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone specially if you’re looking for a peaceful and tranquil kind of R&R with your family. Your view of the beach is breathtaking. I love the hammock under the trees! Plenty place to relax. Lots of tables & chairs outside for the family. They even granted my request for a bonfire. My family had so much fun. We will definitely come back again.

Been looking for a place where: - There is accessible beach (my dad and mom are seniors) - there’s a pool - aesthetic and this place has it all. 🥹 My dad loved it and we all had a wonderful stay! It’s clean and has its own generator. There’s a housekeeper who can tend to your needs and a security guard so we really felt safe. Host is also responsive! 💯 Really exceeded our expectations. Will definitely come back. 🥰

Hello! 👋 Just wanted to share our recent experience, we had a stunning time at Tirta Cottage! ✨ The cottage was in pristine condition, sparkling clean, and very welcoming. They had quite literally everything we required, especially the kitchen, which was equipped to the brim. 🍽 The thoughtful additional amenities made us feel like it's our home away from home, which was much appreciated. 🤗 But it doesn't stop at the cottage. The outdoors was equally delightful, where the pool was perfectly clean, and my family had a fantastic time enjoying it! 🏊‍♀️ Plus, the beach's stunning view added a remarkable touch. It was a pleasure to stroll around! 🏖 Believe us when we say this, we can't recommend this place enough to anybody looking for a peaceful retreat. The combination of an incredibly comfortable bed and a spotless setting made our stay really amazing! 🛏💖 Wouldn't hesitate to book again! 😊👍

We loved Rey’s casa Charlene because it’s clean, peaceful, and looks better than the photos. It doesn’t look very impressive in photos but it’s actually bigger, with high ceilings and a loft-like second floor room. It’s good value for money because it can comfortably sleep 14 people. A family of 4 can sleep in one room, another family of 4 in another room, and as many as 6 people in the room upstairs. I love that you can swim in your own pool, they have cable tv, videoke, strong wifi, and a large android tv for watching youtube. The kitchen is simple but complete with a gas stove, microwave, pots and pans, hot and cold water dispenser, a refrigerator, and good quality plates and cutlery. Plus, dishwasking liquid and a new sponge. The 2 separate toilet and bathrooms are small and could use some updating, but they’re clean and the water pressure is very strong. They also provide towels , toilet paper, and shampoo and hand / body wash. Thanks, Babeth and onsite caretaker Gelo

It's our second time spending our company outing at Gabie's place. The entire place is extremely spacious, with several rooms for all of us to have groups in private quarters of our own. The beach front is gorgeous. The sunsets are always so breathtaking and the water is beautiful and still. It's private so there's no noise and we get it all to ourselves. The kitchen is well stocked, the caretakers are absolutely amazing and helpful. There's a Selecta store right across the place which makes buying things easier for us. The only cons that we have are the signal and wifi. We have no signal at all, which is a plus if you don't want to be bothered, but it was also a struggle for us to communicate. The wifi is mostly concentrated near the kitchen and didn't really reach our rooms near the beach. There are also stingless jellyfishes (lesser this time), but there's another larger kind that stung my sister. Still a gorgeous place. Well maintained and we loved coming back! Always recommend

Unexpected very complete kitchen & dining utensils. No need to bring paper plates etc. (You just need to wash the dishes 😁). Nice house with lots of space.

The place was beautiful. All the help that we needed was provided for. Fortunate also that we booked this place because for around 3 hours, a blackout had occurred but the place had a generator so we didn’t have to worry about it. The host was very responsive.

We had a great time at K Lebrix Nasugbu. One of the best family vacation places we've had. The house was very spacious and clean. Very comfortable for a large group. The surrounding was very peaceful and beautiful. Ate Juvy was so friendly and responsive. Everything was great. I regretted not booking the place for 3 nights. Would definitely come back!

My friends and I had so much fun during our time here in Handum. I want commend all the staff, especially the caretaker, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. We also loved our island-hopping adventure; the beach was breathtaking, along with the pool. The rooms are comfortable and nice and I love how spacious and clean the kitchen was. We will definitely book this place again. 🫶

It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy beds and thoughtful touches throughout the home. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication a breeze. We especially appreciated the little extras like fresh towels, coffee, and clear instructions for everything in the house. Nice accommodation, walking distance to the public beach. Got it @ discount’s price. This AirBNB also has a caretaker. However, but this part of Nasugbu has no signal (which made it hard to locate the place) and occasional water shortage. This is out of the hosts’ control already :)

The place was exactly what we were looking for, it was clean and complete with basic needs. Their care taker Kuya Aba was very quick to respond with our request. The beach was walkable, the water was good though it's a bit crowded with locals. It was near a university so you'll see a lot of students but the place was peaceful and we had a very relaxing time. Only downside is the internet connection, it was not working during our stay thankfully the signal was good and we didn't really need the wifi, so all in all it was really good. 😊

We had an amazing stay. Ellyn’s place was nice and spacious for a group of 6. The kitchen was equipped with cooking essentials, the beds were comfortable, linens smelled fresh and clean. The place was just a few mins walk to the Palm Beach and Main Beach. The caretaker, Kuya Gerry, was very friendly and attentive to our needs.

We had an amazing and relaxing stay at Refuge by the sea beach home. Open-concept pavilion facing the pool and trees contributed to the relaxing vibe. The casitas were clean, seems newly painted. The AC and water heater works well. Maria was a responsive host, while Kikay and Patrick were friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the island hopping. Beach was just 2 minutes walk, and the sunset by the beach was picturesque.

Everything is really good about the house. Jeanne is very flexible and even gave us some extra time for check-in and check-out. I like everything on the place. Also, I suggest to add more extra beds and kumot and that one of the aircon should be move or placed in front of the loft Beds as it could really get hot specially during noon time. Other than that everything is good! We'll probably book again if we can for next year!

Ms. Siena is very responsive and provided us detailed instructions. The unit is bigger than what we initially expected. We loved our stay!!

The house was more that what is expected... A good 3-5mins walk to the beach...The host, Fredie, and his assistant, Jerrie, were very accommodating and easy to talk with...Michelle, the caretaker is very helpful with all our needs...This was such a wonderful experience for my family...Til next time...
