Possui cozinha e utensílios, banheiro e até amplo espaço externo com espaço de colocar rede e relaxar.

Very cozy house. With air conditioning, 70'' TV and sofa bed in the living room. The entire kitchen is in the room. It also has air conditioning and king size bed in the suite, in addition to 2 wardrobes and work desk. In all, the house has 1 shower room and 1 toilet. It also has 1 parking space, swimming pool, barbecue and outdoor area with shower. Space available for parties, prior negotiation. I'm making it available for the upcoming dates and for the New Year's Eve.
