The house is perfect for two people but works with, for example, 2 adults and 2 children. Just a few minutes' walk to the sea. Several excellent hiking trails are available on Utö. A map is located in the house. The "community" of Gruvan is about 4 km away where most restaurants, grocery stores, etc. are located. Get off the boat at Spränga brygga. To consider. Welcome to beautiful Nynäshamn and our house located near the city center with a 10-minute walk to the harbor. Here you have access to the upper floor, attic and balcony - all with their own entrance. Discover the picturesque fishing harbor with its own smokehouse, a rock pool overlooking the sea horizon or windsurfing on Torö's rocky beach. The commuter train to Stockholm takes just under an hour.

A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. Currently under repair. Available from May 20.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.
