Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Nayarit

This was one of the most gorgeous AirBnbs I've ever been to. I actually gasped when I walked in. We had the best time! Super walkable to the beach and incredible restaurants while not being on the main strip. It was quieter than I imagined for being right in town. Nancy was super responsive and offered a flexible checkout for us since one of our friends was sick. The only bad thing about this place is that it is so hard to leave it!! I'm still dreaming of that pool, the gorgeous landscaping and beautiful architecture of that home. Will 100% be back :)

The house is super comfortable, the common areas are for all the houses of the coto cosa q I did not read , but super clean very good daily maintenance and the house has everything basic for a pleasant stay

Casa Norte was wonderful! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, bars and more. Very responsive, provocative, helpful hosts that provided options for groceries, shuttles, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful Airbnb, one of the nicest I have stayed in and such great value for the price! The bedrooms are large and beautiful, the views are green and lush and it is very private. Walking distance to the town but separate enough for privacy. And the pool is great too! Highly recommend!

Casa Toscana was pretty much the perfect spot in Sayulita for my wife and I, our 11 month old daughter, and my in-laws. We spent two weeks there and enjoyed it immensely. The courtyard is absolutely gorgeous, the pool was refreshing on hot afternoons, and the home was clean and comfortable. The AC worked well and the kitchen and bathrooms were clean, had plenty of hot water, and the water was drinkable. Bill and Kathy were great hosts. They're super responsive and very friendly. We really enjoyed getting to meet them. The only issue we encountered was that the baby equipment (pac n' play, stroller, booster seat) was quite dated. The pac n' play had a bad odour (which Bill and Kathy did their best to address) but we ended up renting one from an amazing local company. (sayulitababyrental dot com) Bill covered the balance of that rental and we really couldn't ask for much more from an airbnb host. We absolutely would, and hopefully will, rent from Bill and Kathy again.

As a super host and the owner of multiple Airbnbs, I must say that this was an incredible home. The casita sprawls across two levels, each bedroom being private and comfortable with ensuite washrooms. There are multiple common seating areas, one for dinning, one for games and cards and another for evening drinks and watching the views. The pool is pleasantly heated and the yard is beautifully designed with lots of plants and decor. This is a perfect spot for 3 couples who want to have privacy but also be in the same home. I will certainly visit again!

The stay in the sun and moon house was very pleasant, the 10/10 cleaning is impeccable. It has everything you need to have an incredible vacation. The mini splits keep the house quite cool, the pool has a small section for children and is excellent for a pleasant time at night. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, and the center is a 10-minute walk away. The price was quite a fair value for me. Hailey and Lalo were very friendly, very flexible with time, they let us in a few hours before our check-in and just like leaving hours later, very attentive and warm at all times, I would definitely come back, I recommend them a lot 👍🏼😃

Excellent location just a few blocks from the main square...

It was the second time we chose to stay there. Beautiful view and really nice manager. The bed could be more comfortable, but doe able for a couple nights.

We immediately felt at home, the apartment is so bright and spacious, and the furnishings, etc. were comfortable and the decor was tasteful. You can tell thought went into it! The kitchen was actually the best I’ve experienced on AirBnb: proper appliances, utensils and dishes so you could actually cook a real meal! We grocery shopped locally the first day, stocking the fridge to cook breakfast and make dinner salads in the evenings while trying out new places each day for lunch and coffees as we explored Puerto Vallarta. PV is very walkable and interesting from the apartment… there are hills, but the rewards of exploring up and off the flat main roads is totally worth it! We felt safe everywhere, and people were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Only note is that Eunice may be slower to respond than some hosts, but she was always helpful when we needed her, including allowing us to store our bags before we left on our last day. Much appreciated!

Excellent place, just as described, well equipped with everything needed. They respond to all of my super quick questions. The pools are very clean. Very good security, it is a very quiet area, good location and a few meters from the beach. Also a grocery store across the street. In conclusion, we had a great time with my wife and two teenage daughters. Highly recommended place. Thank you very much for everything

The area is quiet, there was a taxi site nearby, we also used uber; Plaza galarias and Walmart are very close we were walking. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing. Alex was always attentive to our doubts. Recommended!!

Great place, great location

Summer’s place was amazing! My partner and I stayed for a week and a half. It was a perfect spot for just the 2 of us. Location was great, we walked everywhere, but it was still quiet at night. Also close to the surf break which was really nice. Also, Summer’s local travel guide was amazing! Great recommendations for food spots, local shops, hikes and surrounding beaches. We tried to go to as many places on the list as we could. Would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again. There were some great local restaurants just down the street. The pool was nice to cool down in the afternoon. It was an easy place to settle into. Peter was great and very helpful.

This property was a great option for us. We had plenty of room for a family of 4. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all we needed. We loved staying in the 1st floor because it was easy to get to our room when we needed it. The pools were beautiful and the access to the beach was perfect. I would totally stay there again.

We were a bit hesitant to book an Airbnb for this trip, but the incredible reviews convinced us to go for it and we’re so glad we did. The condo exceeded our expectations in every way. The condo was clean, spacious, peaceful, and in an amazing location. We loved relaxing at the large, quiet pool onsite (often with no one else around) and also spent most of our time enjoying the Vidanta amenities, including the Grand Mayan pools, restaurants, and walking paths. Getting into Vidanta was quick and easy every time. What truly made the trip amazing was the host, Lupita. She was like a personal tour guide: friendly, responsive, and full of great suggestions for places to eat and explore. She always responded within minutes and made everything feel seamless. The staff at the building were also incredibly welcoming and helpful. This stay exceeded all our expectations, and we will 100% book this place again on our next trip. Huge thanks to Lupita for making everything so perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great view from both bedrooms. Very clean with some newer appliances. Comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. The pools are super nice. The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The beach is great for walking. The staff are very helpful, patient, and kind. There is a couple putting greens and the gym is well kept with good options for working out.

Great place. If you like going to the bars or being close to the fun area, this is the place. Rooftop pool and jacuzzi are EXCELLENT! There’s a bar and they come serve you at the pool. 10/10

Beautifu stay,☺️we had an amazing experience. Just as described! The condo is equipped with all the immenities, including a very comfortable bed. The roof top serenity pool was a wonderful treat. The beach, nightlife, and best restaurants were a short walk away. We highly recommend staying at Kyle's place and look forward to returning! Thank you for helping to make this trip so memorable, we felt like we were at home!

Jessica and Mariela were fantastic hosts. Always responded quickly to our questions and were very helpful. The condo is beautiful, the pools were amazing. Each pool a different temperature, something for everyone. They could use more loungers but I heard that is being addressed. Highly recommend this condo for your stay
