Fabulous, stylish property in a lovely setting. Very well thought out accommodation with everything you need. Will definitely be staying again…..and for longer.

We had a lovely stay here for 3 nights. The apartment was spotless and quiet. the surrounding pubs and restaurants were lovely too. The walk into the city center was nice aswell. Khateeb also was very active and responsive over messages when we needed to ask him questions. I would highly recommend this accommodation!! :)

This place is lovely, beautiful kitchen, sofa and bathroom. pictures don't even quite do the place justice. I thought perhaps the place had 2 flats in it, but the whole place is one apartment with the black and white tiled entranceway all yours. Very thoughtful touches like a little hamper, milk in the fridge etc. Plenty of kitchenware. Bathroom has a lovely shower, great fancy mirror and it's all fresh and new. TV's in both rooms if that's of interest. Both with wardrobes etc. Internet worked well, plenty of space to park. Wish we could've stayed stayed longer!! honestly place was fantastic and god value.

The basement flat has its own private entrance, easy instructions on how to get in and plenty of on street parking. Overall I had a lovely stay in a very comfortable flat, close to all local amenities and easy access to Peak District.

We take a trip to Sheffield every year for snooker and always try to book in to Nicks place. The kitchen area is well equipped, the space is well set out and always clean. The little balcony overlooking a well maintained courtyard is a bonus when the weather is good enough to enjoy it. It has lots of restaurants, bars and shops locally and is a short, less than 15 minute, walk to the main centre. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Lovely and very responsive host, great communication, which made checking in very easy. We stayed one night, it was exactly what we needed! Parking around the corner was suitable and the flat was easy to find. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely wonderful! Eyam is gorgeous, with beautiful walks on the doorstep, easy to get to Buxton, Bakewell, Tideswell and other super places to explore. The apartment is amazing, so much larger than we expected - it feels like a house. All the rooms are great in size, the lounge has a variety of seating, an electric fire, blankets, cushions, loads of DVDs to choose from (it is not a smart tv, so normal channels but the host has over 100 DVDs to choose from - which the children loved!). The kitchen is wonderful - there is so much storage! We didn't have to rearrange the storage to fit in our food delivery! The Tea Room is below and I was worried about noise and smells - but none of us heard or smelt anything - it was so quiet. The beds were all so comfortable, a large roll top bath, great water pressure, super heating and hot water, dark curtains/blinds, every untensil we needed, large fridge and freezer! It was amazing and we will 100% be back! We all absolutely love it!

This was a beautiful place to stay. Anthony the host was friendly and helpful and came to greet us upon arrival. The apartment was delightful and the kids especially loved the mezzanine bedroom - a really exciting treat. We felt right at home and can't wait to come and visit again. 100% recommend this place for both couples and families with one or two children between the ages of 6-14.

We had a great time staying here. It was a very cosy and comfortable place to stay and was really easy to find and check in. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place in the Peak District/Sheffield area!

We really enjoyed our stay at the converted Litton Mill. The accommodation is out of the way in a good way, located a couple of kilometres down a dead end road alongside the River Wye, with a pub at the branch of the road with benches overlooking the running water. The living space was very spacious with all the amenities we required. Having two bathrooms was also very useful, travelling in two families. Gary was very quick to communicate, coming back to our requests swiftly and efficiently. Would highly recommend.

Came for a couple of days to stay and the host was very responsive and helpful. I asked for extra guests, bedding for the guest and an extra day and the host was incredibly accommodating, bringing up bedding quickly despite it being a late time. There is a supermarket right next door and also a massive Tesco across the street. Theres a tram stop a few seconds walk away. Prime location and affordable apartment.

Good place to stay for work. A little tired and worn, and could do with a deep clean, but peaceful, warm and with very comfortable beds.

We spent a lovely week at Rivelin Studio while house hunting in Sheffield. The studio was spotless when we arrived and the beautiful furniture makes it feel really homely. The kitchen is very well-equipped so we were able to cook some decent meals, which we enjoyed on beautiful spring evenings with the bifold doors open onto the garden. The studio is right on the edge of Sheffield so very convenient for getting out into the countryside, while also having a bus stop a short walk away which takes you straight into the city centre. We also enjoyed the restaurants and cafes in Crosspool which is about a 15 minute walk away. Overall a great stay and somewhere we’d definitely use again if visiting Sheffield - thank you Nicola and Mike.

Spacious airbnb in a great location. Walking distance to plenty of amazing food and drink. Short walk to Sheffield Station. It was very clean and had plenty of towels and bedding for a comfortable stay. As of April 2025, there was no body wash/shampoo, so prepare to have that on you. Also there was plenty of cookware and utensils to make food at home. However, the kitchen can improve with some added cookware like a couple of fry pans.

The airbnb was beautiful and airy. Had such a lovely time exploring the local area too. Chris was a fantastic host and went out of his way to help us! We would love to come back in the future to stay again. The actual airbnb was in a great location as we were able to go down to Peak District for some hikes (around 30 mins drive) and also just walk around nearby. Overall a fantastic experience at this airbnb and with both the hosts.
