Jojo's Villa is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Waking up to the pool / ocean view is such a majestic experience. Beds are super comfy and house was well stocked. Jojo is very quick to reply to all questions. She coordinated a driver for us, Archie, who also served as our planning coordinator and local guide, recommend! We lucked out on the first night because Jojo and her family and friends were having a BBQ behind the main Bldg and we were welcomed in like family! My main goal for this trip was to show my kids the Filipino culture, and eating BBQ and singing karaoke with Jojo's family is as close as anyone can get to experiencing the culture. AC in the bedrooms worked very well, as did the hot water in the bathrooms. Quite a few resturants within walking distance and I felt safe walking around at all times. There was always someone in the pool area if I had a question. I would be remiss if I didn't give a shout out to the staff-hugs! We really had an amazing trip and can't wait to come back!!

Nice place! It is a small property with 4 domes. Private beach and restaurant. Didn’t try the bar but they offer bar service as well. The team do their best to make your stay comfortable. Unfortunately some day users of the facilities don’t share their dedication and left a lot of garbage on the beach. We had a good time picking it up with the kids who live there and had fun with some glow lights I had leftover from night diving. The team is really great’. They work hard and are very helpful. The beach at high tide has a sandy bottom but on low tide can be a. Bit rocky. But you will definitely enjoy it. Bring bug spray! Star gazing on the beach is a must.

I have never stayed longer than a week anywhere in the Philippines until I came here. The planned 1 month of stay turned into 4. This is a magical place that attracts with its unique atmosphere and stunning sunsets, the best place for those who are tired of civilization and the bustle of the city. Izak and his family are wonderful people, friendly and always ready to help. The time spent here is unforgettable so I can't wait till the day when i can meet them again.

Had an amazing stay here at AivyMaes! The room was very cozy and so close to the beach. It was also close to restaurants, shops and an atm. Had some absolutely spectacular dives with the dive team at Apo Island. Couldn’t recommend the room and the dive team enough. Thank you for an amazing stay. We recently stayed at this resort and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally attentive and accommodating. The resort is also incredibly pet-friendly, making it an ideal destination for those traveling with dogs. Our furry companions were welcomed with open arms, which added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The combination of excellent service and a pet-friendly atmosphere truly made this resort a standout choice. We highly recommend it for both humans and their four-legged friends.

We really enjoyed our stay. As others had mentioned, the company of Oslo and Kirby, the two house dogs, was wonderful. We also really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and sitting area underneath the house as well as the large deck upstairs. There’s lots of good restaurants in Dauin and it’s really helpful to rent a scooter for the ~10 minute ride. For divers, Liquid Dive resort is directly next-door, which is very convenient. We would definitely stay again.

The location of the unit itself is great as there are lots of restaurants/stalls, and even a mall near the area. We were also able to take a walk along the seawall/beachline (if that's your thing). Even if there are a lot of activities that can be done around, it still is quiet and peaceful inside the unit. They had complete amenities inside the unit, as listed. Marcus and Ems are very responsive to our queries and resquests. They gave clear instructions from the check-in up to the checkout process. Will definitely book again the next time I'll be in Dumaguete.

Skye personally welcomed us. She provided all important information about the place even before we had arrived in Dumaguete. It’s nearby the airport, just take the tricycle to get there. Easy. The place is walkable with nearby restaurants. Or take the tricycle to City Mall for your groceries. The place is clean. The kitchen has everything you need. TV’s with Netflix in every room. There is Food Panda or Grab Food for delivery if you want to stay in. It pretty much has everything you need during your stay. One thing I would suggest is to bring your own towels because those provided at the house are the fleece ones that are not absorbable at all.

I really enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this place to anybody. The host is a very nice person.

we loved staying here at Clide's place. the rooms were quite clean and spacious. the pool is overlooking the ocean, and the restaurant served delicious food and drinks. the staff were very attentive to our needs, even after we asked to check out really early at 4am! i highly recommend Clide's place, will definitely stay here in again

We stayed in this apartment for 1 night on our way to Siquijor. Minche and her brother met us at the airport which was great. Very comfy bed and extremely clean with everything you need. Also in a great location near to many bars and restaurants. We walked to the port which took 20 minutes. Would recommend!

This is the perfect place to visit my girlfriend's family. It's centrally located for her family to be able to visit. It's spacious and accommodating. There's a pool and billiards table to keep everyone entertained. Also the caretakers on-site are very helpful. And Gina makes sure we get checked in and settled before ouour stay. I highly recommend this stay.

The cottage was perfect for my situation. It is located on a private property in which I felt safe and peaceful. The private entrance was a plus, allowing us to come and go as we pleased. Our host was respectful of our privacy but always available when needed. I had a multi cab & I was able to park it in front of the cottage for easy access. The distance from the cottage to the ocean is about 30 yards and I was able to see & hear the ocean. The key amenities for me were the internet Wi-Fi, refrigerator, water dispenser, stove, pots, dishes, table w/ 2 chairs, rice cooker, mosquito net, working table & chair. The toilet, shower, & sink are separate but right next to the cottage. I suddenly felt at home upon arrival. Loved the vintage charm of this place! The host has done an incredible job preserving the character of the cottage. I was greeted by a nice lady, Daisy, who helped me check in and provided all the info I needed for my stay.
