Vacation rentals with beach access in Negros

Great location and a nice room in a good building with all the amenities. We made good use of the pool but the beach a d shared pool is very nice also. it will cost you 350 pesos but it's worth the 15 minute walk. Make sure you ask about the pool pass at the front desk because we only found out about it a week later when we got asked at the pool.

Anton is the best host we’ve ever had! He was incredibly kind, hospitable, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and perfectly equipped for our stay. The location was great, close to everything we wanted to explore, and the Wi-Fi was fast, which was a big plus. Anton’s attention to detail and his genuine care for his guests made our stay truly unforgettable. Highly recommend staying here – Anton is not just a great host, but also a wonderful person!

The place is very peaceful and spacious.

The place was very nice , and much more good in reality . The condo was very clean and neat , it has a equipment that you needed , it also smells good 😊 especially their bathroom . The Host was very active and communicates well , if you have issues or concern you can easily contact them. Maybe in the future we can book again ❤️.

We were picked up at the port once you got off the ferry. And as soon as we got to the house, we had fresh coconuts waiting for us. I really appreciated that. There’s quite a bit of beautiful nature spots near the Airbnb, which is a bonus. The place was amazing and I really enjoyed the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Grachel Mae’s place! The unit is beautiful, clean, and complete with almost everything we needed. The location is very accessible and convenient, just walking distance to Mactan Newtown Beach, and near essentials like 7-Eleven, Robinsons Supermarket, Watsons, and several restaurants. Grachel was also very responsive and accommodating, which made our stay smooth and enjoyable. We really had a great time and would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Mactan!

I love the place. Feels like home soon as you walked in. I highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Charlotta’s property and feel so grateful we found it (and at such last minute!). The property is beautiful, modern and clean, and is located right on the beachfront. It’s in a quieter area, around 40 minutes from the port, which was perfect for us as we wanted to explore the whole island. They even arranged for their driver - lovely Leo - to collect us from the port on arrival, and also drop us back when leaving. There are 2 scooters available to rent for a very cheap price on the property which was an added bonus so we didn’t have to go out looking for them and collecting them. All tourist hotspots were just short scooter rides away so you never had to travel too far. We arrived very late due to our ferry being late and Catherine stayed at the property late to show us around (thank you again!). We were blown away by how spacious and modern the property is - it’s even better than the photos! You must stay in this property when visiting Siquijor!!

If your new to the area and looking for a place that is safe and has good access to the beach, prince hyper market, restaurants, fitness gyms or church, this location is great! Can walk most places in 5 to 10 minutes. The host is great, very friendly and will assist you to help make your stay accommodating. The house is very clean and organized and the area isn't loud. Not many barking dogs or roosters!

Great stay at The Old Angler House which was a quiet escape on Mactan Island. The host was very responsive and there are staff onsite to assist with your needs, although their english may not be very good, they are very helpful.

Incredible property that didn't disappoint. Spacious with an unmatched view, very responsive and friendly hosts. Not much for restaurants around so you will have to travel if wanting to eat out but it's located near the middle of the island so great access to the mountains and experiences. lots of fisherman right on front of the house so you can go down and try some sea urchin! You will probably want to rent motorbikes as van rentals are pricey in that area and not sure how readily available Grab is. Can also your tricycles from Pangloa if you are a family.

A very nice cool, comfortable, spacious home. We enjoyed the cool ocean breezes downstairs with plenty of screened windows and the smart TV. Free brewed coffee maker was a very nice touch. The AC in the master bedroom is a high quality super quiet unit, comfortable king bed

Had a great stay! Check-in and check-out were super easy. The place had everything I needed, including a kitchen and washing machine. I asked for extra towels and they were provided right away. The host was very responsive and quick to address anything that came up. The location is great—just a short walk to Starbucks and a couple of supermarkets. It’s also a straight drive to the marina, which is perfect if you're visiting Cebu for diving. Highly recommend!

Juren’s place was very nice. Very comfortable bed, and linens. A great place to relax to. Outside was also breathtaking with lots of nature and fresh air. The staffs and guards were also very kind to us. I highly recommend this to anyone needing a relaxing stay. Thanks again Juren! ❤️

Good for both short and long term stay. There is hot water, good wifi, the oven was a gem in the appartment, I appreciated it so much. There is a big pool, I didn't have a chance to use it, but looked nice.

5 Stars - Perfect Family Getaway! We had a fantastic stay at this condo with our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, and the beds were super cozy after a long day of exploring. The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds — a fun and cozy touch that made their stay even more enjoyable! The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals, and we all enjoyed winding down in the evenings with the huge smart TV and Netflix access — a big hit with both the adults and the kids. The location was ideal — close to shops, restaurants, and family-friendly attractions. Our host was responsive and made check-in seamless. We felt truly at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for families or barkadas looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

They are great hosts, and their place feels like a home away from home. They recommended an excellent van driver for our tour. Kuya was very friendly and made the experience even better. We had an unforgettable time and highly recommend them! We will definitely book again and recommend Steve and Cherry's place to my friends as well.

Jan's place was gorgeous, clean and smelled really nice. there was an issue with the a/c dripping when i walked in but it was fixable by just wiping it. i just told her about it and she was always responsive. the guitar in the unit was a bonus as my hubby actually used it a bit. my kids enjoyed the pool and my hubby and i enjoyed how close all the restaurants and 7/11/market are for some basic needs. would stay again and totally recommend all her units. thanks again!
