Welcome to our clean, cozy Sea Forest Retreat, constructed in 2018. It is a studio space ideal and most comfortable for 2 but can sleep up to 4 people. Large windows and high vaulted ceilings make this small but modern house feel big. Enjoy the tranquility with nice outdoor seating areas nestled among greenery in a residential neighborhood. Manzanita and the beach are 1.5 miles and Nehalem 2 miles away. Dogs (2 dogs maximum) are welcome for a $45 fee. We have a small desk for remote work.

TreeHouse is a beautifully designed Manzanita Craftsman style home. Beach access is just 300ft down the quiet, unimproved road. With vaulted kitchen and great room with lounge upstairs, 2 cozy bedrooms and Master Suite downstairs, this "upside down" house feels like a tree house at the beach! Our home is 1 block from Nehalem Bay and an easy 5 minutes drive to all that Manzanita has to offer. Including beautiful beaches, Nehalem Bay State Park, miles of hiking, delicious dining. Also Short sands is just 7 minutes away.

Nestled in Nehalem just a mile from Manzanita sits our Bay Home. It's inspired by nature and intended to be a fish bowl looking out into the endless scenery. The house is comfortable and easily accessible from US101 south of Cannon beach and Arch Cape. You will have some difficulties deciding to stay in or head out. A great compromise is to stay in and look out as the tides come and go.
