Parking is FREE and UNRESTRICTED in the streets and squares near the apartment (Historic Center) We offer you everything you need for breakfast and some snacks; coffee maker with pods included; Nepi water; (1 pack of pasta, oil, salt, vinegar, garlic, onion/chili pepper). 1 TV in the bedroom and 1 TV in the living room; 1 air conditioner/bedroom and 1 air conditioner/dining room. Wifi available throughout the house.

Inside there is an exclusive Spa Cave carved into the rock with an emotional shower and hydromassage with a tub carved into the tuff overlooking the valley. It has a double bedroom with a four-poster bed, and another room with a double bed, two panoramic balconies with an outdoor shower as well as a large living room and kitchen. The perfect retreat for nature and relaxation.

Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works and by law is requested a tourist tax of one euro a day per person.
