The apartment, totally independent, is on the ground floor of a villa owned, fenced, video monitored and with convenient parking. The neighborhood is residential, very quiet, 20 minutes walk to the historic center and 10 minutes to the nearest supermarket. It consists of a double bedroom (with walk-in closet), a living room/kitchen with sofa bed and a large bathroom, complete with bathroom with second sink and washing machine. This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
