(1 box spring bed in the sleeping area + 1 sofa bed in the living area) Dining options (e.g., Irle event catering), shopping, and the Old Town are all within walking distance. The downtown area, including the university, can also be reached on foot or by bus. Good access to public transit as well as connections to the A45 and A4 highways. You can also enjoy lovely walks or hikes in the area, such as on the Rothaarsteig trail.

It is a 12-minute drive to the highway and the center of the university city of Siegen.

Within walking distance: gas stations, discount stores, restaurants and the historic Siegen Old Town. Free parking is available in side streets

Walnut cottage on the Listerhof

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
