An unique tranquil living space can comfortably accomodate 2-7 persons. Furnishings include queen size beds, bright pool room and an inviting bar. Glass doors open up onto wooden terraces and a koi pond. An adjacent grill under a vine-covered pergola overlooks a large (1400sqm) well-kept garden. It has a private entrance with ample parking. We live on the top floor of the house, but we give our guests their space and guests have most of the garden to themselves. Easily accessible from the A3.

We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. The house sports several bathrooms, toilets, a complete kitchen, Sat-TV, WLAN, a fireplace, a big conference room and 3 sleeping rooms for up to 8 people. The surrounding is very quiet. In an outbuilding, we have now lovingly furnished a vacation apartment to offer people from around the world a starting point for excursions with e-car sharing at the house to Limburg, Wiesbaden, Koblenz to the romantic Rhine or with bicycles or paddle boat to the Lahn. Art workshop, sauna, swimming pool (20 degrees), courtyard, garden with fireplace can also be used.
