Supermarkets, restaurants and other services are easily accessible within 1.5 km. The approx. 50 sqm apartment has a separate entrance and is accessible via an external staircase. The building was built in 2022 and is therefore technically up to date (underfloor heating, ventilation and ventilation system).

The "Thea" townhouse impresses with cozy retreat corners, such as the sleeping area with a view of the sky, the light-flooded reading & relaxation room with a small yoga & meditation corner or the outdoor bed. Dogs are welcome, and there is a fenced garden, a cuddly cave and bowls for them. I myself loved living here and enjoying all weather conditions from the sleeping area, listening to the birds in the outdoor bed or reading on the sofa with a tea.

Due to the good location, you can quickly reach various destinations, whether Papenburg 6 km, Emden, Aurich, Werlte, Sögel or Holland. All destinations can be reached quickly, and there are also very nice cycling and hiking trails here. Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis.

The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
