The Hafenlohr valley is 27 km long. 1600 animal and plant species. The entire Hafenlohrtal is well connected by hiking trails and cycling trails. Bicycle paths along the Main are very well developed and not too difficult even for inexperienced cyclists. Worthwhile destinations are the residential city of Würzburg or the old town of Wertheim. And Lohr is closely connected to Snow White. Or for hiking: the Aurora, Sylvan or Karlshöhe forest house. Here you live in the middle of nature! - Bikers welcome! -

The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

In the middle of quiet nature and directly on the border of the Spessart Nature Park, there is a true power spot for natural bathing and recharging in this dream house. The Flinthouse impresses with its round construction, with natural, noble materials and stands on a 27,000 sqm hillside plot (by the forest) with a view over Aschaffenburg to the Bergstraße. Its roof is supported by two strong Spessart oak trunks, which support the visible spruce rafters. Perfect for nature lovers!

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Witch's house at the Spessart Forest

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

Farm: House with special charm and sauna

The renovated holiday home "La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees. The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.

Sunny country apartment with terrace & dog

Enjoy quiet days in our cozy apartment in the countryside in the Main-Spessart, between Karlstadt, Lohr, Wertheim and Marktheidenfeld. The apartment is on the 1st floor (not accessible) and offers a sunny terrace to relax. Dogs are welcome. Shopping facilities can be found in Marktheidenfeld (approx. 10 min. by car). Public transport only to a limited extent – your own vehicle is required. Ideal for nature lovers and peace seekers.

Apartment in Hain, the gateway to the Spessart

The vacation apartment is located in the attic of my house in Hain im Spessart. The house itself is built on a slope, so the front door can be reached via 30 steps. In the house itself, it is then another 15 steps up. The number of guests is limited to 5. If more guests would like to come, please send a request. By arrangement, it is possible that more guests will come. A double air bed can still be set up.
