The accommodation is located in a very quiet neighborhood of the city and easily accessible. Just 7 minutes from downtown Neuquino, 10 minutes from Paseo de la Costa, a beautiful coastal walk with gastronomic and leisure venues, 3 minutes from Portal Patagonia Shopping and 15 minutes from the Airport. It is a 80m2 loft-style apartment. Independent access to the street, large windows and very bright. Spacious and repurposed. Living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom with loft, bar, bedroom, dressing room.

3- Pure tranquility in the heart of Neuquén

My house is a cozy Duplex, with a beautiful window to the street, the colors are vivid, I painted it considering recommendations from Feng Shui, my neighbors are very cool, the neighborhood is very quiet. It is very close to the terminal, a few blocks from Route 22 and a shopping center. Ideal if you come to an activity in Ruca Che. About 3km from the airport and the urban bus passes by in the corner of the house. Be sure to read the House Rules and additional rules.
