Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.

Modern 1BD/1BTH open concept home in pine trees on Banner Mountain. Walking distance to local trails, 10 minutes to downtown Nevada City/Grass Valley. Sleeps 4 comfortably (queen sofa bed in living room) queen air mattress if six occupants are desired. Any more guests over 4 there is a charge of $10/person per night. Kitchen has everything to cook with + outdoor BBQ. Games and puzzles. The garage has a ping pong, washer/dryer. Generator during power outage.

Rest or dine on the deck with a glass of local wine and watch the friendly deer wander past sometimes stopping to say hello.
