Access to beach sloped & not ideal for guests w/mobility issues. 30 min to Gunstock Mt. skiing. Great hiking in the area and at nearby Mt.Major. Renters age 25+please. NOT a party house.

We also provide a double kayak so you can explore the mile-long lake from the easy launch point in front of the house.
